This location is convenient for me, but constant problems. 1. Months ago, I visited and waited in the drive thru over 30 minutes for a blizzard. I get to the window, and the employee is crying. It seemed like she was there all alone taking orders and cooking by herself. 2. The long wait time is the norm. Expect 30+ minutes in the drive thru. 3. The last time I went, they seemed to have more employees and things were moving faster. I was excited. But then… 4. Yesterday, I place a mobile order. Attempt to go inside to get it and the door is locked! No sign on the door. I get in the drive thru line, finally make it to the speaker to be told something is wrong with the ice cream machine. So all that time waiting and I couldn’t get my order. I was told I can go to the other location. Which I did and will now go there every time. The workers were working! I was able to go inside. By the time I came back out, there was only 1 car at the drive thru window. The place was clean. Food looked good. And my wait wasn’t long (which I didn’t mind because there were delivering orders to tables.) I will not return to this one. They need new management or shut down. It’s always a problem at this location. Especially on Sunday afternoons. And once you are in that drive thru, you are held hostage. You can’t get out. Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. I have been here twice in the past and both times I was told that they were not serving ice cream but today is what’s making me write this review. I pulled up with my husband and sleeping baby in the car to get ice cream. The car in front of us was backing out and told us they had been waiting 10 minutes with nobody taking their order. We thought about leaving but decided to try. Upon waiting 10 minutes ourselves (total of 20 minutes with nobody taking an order) I finally said “hello?” into the speaker. A female employee answered and said “we are not taking orders right now”. When I asked why, she replied “because we are busy inside.” My husband walked inside where he counted a total of 5 patrons (the parking lot had 2 cars). We got stuck in the drive thru because the car that had been served was still waiting for their order after we had been told we would not be served. I attempted to call the store to speak to a manager and nobody answered. Two cars behind us also left (backed out). This all happened on a Sunday at 1:35pm. We won’t be back and by the look of the reviews, whoever the manager at this location is either does not correct any of this awful customer service or does not care. Read moreWent through the drive-thru on my lunch break today. Placed my order at 11:35 AM. My payment wasn't taken at the window until 11:53 AM. Finally receive my order (one regular combo meal) at 11:59 AM. Please note, I was the only person in line.
Now, considering the obscene amount of time it took to receive my order, I was under the impression that food would be fresh. The bread of the burger was extremely chewy and wrinkled, like it had been ran through the booster oven for way too long. Lettuce was gross, brown-tinted, and slimey. Fries were lukewarm at best, most were hard by the time I had received them (saw them sitting under the warmer for the whole time I was at the window).
THIS WAS A FIFTEEN DOLLAR MEAL. Totally overpriced to begin with, but I literally would not have given them two cents for this meal if I had known how terrible it was going to be.
Total waste. The food was a total waste and they wasted basically my entire lunch break playing around making it or whatever they were doing for the almost 30 minutes I spent waiting.
My first job was at a Dairy Queen and I worked there for two years. I know how long it should take to assemble one burger with no one in line.
