Rockin' Rooftops — Local services in Nassau Bay

Not happy! We were approached by a person affiliated with Rockin Rooftops. We agreed to let Shane go on our roof. He was working in several roof on our street. He went up, came down to tell us we had hail damage. He said he would gladly come when the adjuster came from our insurance company was coming. When we shared that we had State Farm, he said that our insurance company may be harder to work with than Texas Windstorm. The day the inspector came he said he would need to reschedule to the end of the day due to our steep roof and still having dew early in the morning. Cory’s team at Rockin’ Rooftops are nothing short of top notch! We had hail and wind damage to our roof, I called Cory and he was out that afternoon! He came out the morning of our TWIA inspection to take his own notes and again was out when the inspector came. Before we even committed to having it done, Cory had made his way to our home 3 times to ensure his commitment. Rockin’ Rooftops was an easy decision. Their crews are fast! We added a patio during construction & each day we were amazed by the amount of work done. Each crew that came were diligent in respecting our home, family and yard. They did an incredible job of cleaning up each day. When the roof was scheduled for installation, Rockin’ Rooftops was out here at 6am and gone by 6pm. They never tire and had our roof good as new in one day!! A project manager was out with the crew all day overseeing every step of the way and Cory made his way to check progress as well. Our neighborhood had a hail storm come through early in 2023. Several of the homes in our area needed new roofs, with ours being one of them. We found Rockin Rooftops doing work on our street and asked them to do a no-charge inspection, at which time they discovered damage to our 20 year old roof. They were very easy to work with throughout the entire process of getting our roof replaced. That included walking us through the various steps with Texas Windstorm and our insurance, which can be challenging. Ricky and Cory were in contact with us regularly to answer all of our questions. When they replaced our roof, they delivered the new shingles the day before and started work early the next morning.
