Didn’t have super high hopes because it’s just one of a million jewelry stores but I was desperate to get some flat backs because I was sick of my piercings closing from being victim to Claire’s piercing gun, but that’s a different review haha. Unfortunately despite being a place where you supposedly can get pierced the employees have a difficult time answering questions about the jewelry and each piece isn’t clearly marked for length of post and size of hoops. I contacted customer service because I couldnt return items as already had used them either to try on or keep in ears and they offered a refund in form of store credit. Great. Chose to shop around online for what I thought would be good options and same issues, all different length posts arrived without clearly being marked making it difficult to use for each area I intended. To make matters worse the clicker hoops I’m using for important areas like daith and conch piercings don’t stay clasped strongly and the screw on very small tops to posts come loose regardless of how tight you turn them. I’ve lost several of the jewels almost losing the entire jewelry in my ear. Luckily they aren’t fresh piercings that would close and I didn’t trust them enough to put in my daith piercing since I know that would close if out too long. It is frustrating the employees aren’t trained properly which makes me glad I didn’t get pierced there but if you’re getting pierced in the mall vs a piercing shop then that’s really on you. I guess buying jewelry for important piercings in a mall is also on me. Never again. They deserve a zero and I wish I could get my money back. $200+ all together for shitty jewelry that I bought with intention of keeping in long term and keeping...

Enter this place with caution… whoever is running this place definitely need to keeps their staff in check. Went in to look at some earrings and off the bat noticed how passive aggressive their workers can be and they make you feel super uncomfortable. While in there 8/7/22 a customer finally confronted the staffs attitude and all employees came together and attacked this customer with her mother AND grandmother. They got real loud and a literal FIGHT broke out. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The customers even tried deescalating the situation by repeatedly asking them to check them out so they could leave but the employee insisted on fighting “outside”. Such disgusting behavior. Ended with of course the employee throwing objects outside the store where people were walking/watching by and even almost hit the older grandmother. Again their employees physically assaulted multiple people. Hopefully this doesn’t get swept under the rug. Otherwise this place needs to shut down or needs new employees. After this I immediately put my stuff down. Will definitely not support this Business. Should also note that even after the lady had left the staff literally continued to instigate the fight trying to catch up to her and scream all over the mall. This is sooo unacceptable. Wen in to exchange a cartilage stud because it was way too long. When I originally went in I asked the cashier if it would be too long for a cartilage and she said no and checked me out. She never said it was final sale and you couldn’t return or exchange it. I went back in and it was a different cashier and she was on her phone, didn’t even look up at me while I was speaking. I asked her why I couldn’t exchange it and she kept saying was “look at your receipt.” Without looking up at me ONCE. Also no where in the store does it say body jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned nor did the cashier let me know at checkout.
