Potato Corner — Restaurant in National City

I have been here twice now with today's visit. I really didn't understand why the wait was so long the first time I visited but once I tried them I understood why, the are DELICIOUS Today on my second visit, the wait was the same(loooong) about 30 minutes. This establishment is inside a mall food court so the noice is a bit loud. When I ordered I asked for a giga two flavor fries and when I picked up the order half hour later it was only one flavor. I told the gentleman that gave me the order(Hanz) he was apologetic and said they would give me my correct order right away. He told me I could keep the order they had given me and was very polite. It is extremely refreshing to find people that enjoy their work and still know the value good customer service holds....

First and last time I will go there . Spent $10 and so dissatisfied in taste and threw 3/4 away even the drink! Ordered, waited, and waited and waited. Lots of people after me ordered and was served. Ok, because they ordered just fries. They dumped the chicken with the cold chicken and mixed them up. My fries were cold from sitting there waiting for the chicken. Chicken was bland. Some cold. I come with my two children pretty much every week and no one is ever friendly. Today I was told there would be a 25 minute wait so I went down to the target, came back, and our two orders of fries still weren’t ready. I ended up waiting 50 minutes from the time I ordered and the person in front of me waited an hour. I also had a free mega fry on 5 stars, but they still charged me (my fault for not noticing).
