Today I walked inside because of the long drive thru line. I wanted and requested a Trenta cup of ice. I wasnt feeling well and wanted to pour my Gatorade in the cup of ice. I even offered to pay for it. I was told I couldn't buy it. I asked for a cup of ice water thinking I would just pour the water out. Again, I was told they couldn't sell me a cup of water or ice because of a new policy.
I was shocked and so disappointed because I usually come to this Starbucks once or twice a day for my tea and had been doing so for years. It is so convenient since I live near by.
Funny thing, I have seen employees give out water, ice water to transients, dogs, kids that come in on their skateboards and others but I couldn't even purchase any.
Like some other reviews, there are some employees here with attitudes. The lady helping me today is probably the rudest one of all. Never says thank you, and moves around like she has all the time in the world. She is probably the oldest employee, short, brown hair and usually works the drive thru. Doesn't really matter though because I will never go to another Starbucks again. There are so many other options available now a days.

The girl handed me hot water and the cap came off and burned me , I asked for milk for my hand and she tried to charge me .And then 3 others came to the window and got her back including the manager while my hand is burning. I told them the milk is for my hand because its burning . They all looked at each other and the girl that handed it to me looked at the manager and told him no , so he told me to come inside to talk about it . I yelled at him saying MY HAND IS BURNING! GIVE ME SOME MILK SO I CAN DUNK IT IN THERE. He gave me like an ounce of milk LOL . They are a team of unknowledgeable, non caring, fake, want to be baristas , want to be bosses with the worst customer care and products . And they're dirty. Can you believe he- the manager told me to park and come inside to talk about it . My hand was burning . English is obviously not his forte and why would I have to go inside . I made, and paid for my order within 3 minutes. (With cash) There was one pair of customers (already ordered) and one drive through order.
In 10 minutes, they made an order for the drive-through, but inside nobody had anything prepared.
When one of their three staff requested I order, then pay a second time. I opted for a refund. They didn't even allow me to get a refund on the tip.
It's events like that that allow me to make the easy decision not to visit any franchise with this name for significant lengths of time.

I followed up with the owners form link and contacted the website, I Initiated a chat contact, and after asking the same question a couple of different ways, and then escalating to a live agent, received a different contact number, Contacted that number and it was a primary IVR. I navigated that to an Agent who wanted my Starbucks membership account, and though very helpful only succeeded in sinking more of my time. I am not looking for a refund, nor willing to pursue further contact.
