If you’re looking for internet service and they cover you, know that having any internet in the mountains is a miracle, and if you have issues then the person helping you will be less than 10 miles away.

Read moreIt’s clear that Nedernet is attempting to serve more people than the network supports. For the several months I had it, it froze between 7 and 10 pm every single night. Not to mention the week-long outage for no apparent reason, and the regular “overage” charges. It’s 2023. No one is charging for data overages anymore.

Nedernet does a fantastic job communicating whenever there are issues by leaving recorded updates when you call their phone number describing the problem, status, and estimated time of completion. Sometimes I even text with them and am always met with patience.
Refreshing to deal with a small utility company who takes pride in professionally servicing their community! Most businesses up here do not.
