Kohl's — Local services in Neenah

I had the most horrendous experience at Kohl's this evening and I have been comming to Kohl's for years. I always had amazing customer care and help Everytime I shopped there! My finance past away in October of 2018 the night of his funeral i was in a state of grief like no other ,it's was 11 pm and I didn't wanna be by family and didn't wanna be alone so I went to kohls and they were so nice and supportive they even gave me a discount that night they sat and talked with me and we didnt leave till 1am. When I The left I was able to sleep that night.from.all the walking and talking lol! Point of this story is tonight I'm in the dressing rooms it's 9:01 an employer comes and YELLS " WHOSEVER I HEAR IN HERE NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW! WE ARE CLOSED! I WAS speechless ,so I got dressed, as k.opened the door I could hear 2 staff member saying things I'm not going to repeat Due the graphic nature. By the end I ended up getting one pair of capris our of the 13 items I wanted because I had to rush and I always grab a small and extra small with all clothing items to try on and in a clearush agrabbes the wrong sizes the.lady checking me out took it out of the system and put it full price . When I asked for the name of the person who yelled to me in the dressing room the.walked over there the lady was talking to.2 women for 3ims then she says, " Sorry no one remembers doing that! Good thing they have cameras. I will be contacting cooperate and they I'm sure will resolve this issue . I will never shop at this location again. I don't know how thus place stays in business. I stopped shopping there years ago but my boyfriend likes to get his tennis shoes and jeans there. I went in to pay my bill and they said they had no way to look my bill up. I made 3 trips to the store and spent over an hour on the phone. They never sent me a bill for March and I haven't received one for April. I tried to pay the exact amount I owed and they said I could not have a zero balance on my credit card? What? I never heard of this before. The lady at the store was beyond rude and when I tried to explain and told her I had been there twice she was nasty and actually apologized to the person behind me for having to wait??? I had to wait and I had to make 2 trips. The girl messed up my return and they shorted me 49.00 claiming they would send me the statement from November when they gave me credit, but they did not send it. They also told me my bill was in the mail, but it never came. I am so done. The most disappointing aspect was Noone there appeared to know what they were doing or how to do anything correctly. Not happy bought some items for my daughter took home and they did not fit thought I could return to get my money back and they gave me store Kohl's cash I got a dress 32.00 on sale for 23.00 bought her a shirt that did not fit 12.00 on sale 7.99 I should've gotten back about 30.00 all I got was 3.72 I got ripped off never again will I shop here if I can't get my money back for return never again I'm so angry I get it was a spring sale and your trying to make room for new item but still to rip me off with just a 3.72 Kohl cash and I have until April 23rd to use I think you need a big sign in the front of the store to remind shoppers of return policy before they buy not when they try to return an item and it's on the wall at the return desk or have your cashier's explain when checking out so we can make up our minds if we want to or not I'll shop at Walmart and Target for now on money goes back on my card or cash in hand not...
