I’m so disappointed in the service we had. I called the day before for two scalp treatments and asked to please be done at the same time. I asked for noon and they say no can fit in at 2 for two people. We come at 2 and right away she says we are busy one person has to go then the other goes after. Already I was questioning and asking I called to make sure we both can go at the same time and the lady says I know I know but we are busy today. Which of course I would know that as to why I call for an appointment for two at the same time. Her customer service was to give a free suana while the other was getting there scalp treatment. I have my mom go first and then wait till I got brought to the suana. The same lady is the one doing my mom’s hair and the one bringing me to the sauna. She set a timer for 35 mins in the sauna but at 24 mins she already was coming to get me and I am assuming more workers came to help but no she had my mom in the room just with a steamer on and had me lay down to start my treatment. As the treatment not even ten mins goes and she is getting up welcoming the other people in comes back finishes my moms hair out the steamer and takes her to the suana then comes back to me washes my hair then lets water run on it for what felt like 10 mins while she was cleaning the room/area I’m in. It was loud she broke something you just hear sweeping picking up it was sooo not relaxing. Then she comes back to my head starts to put another product in my head with the steamer going and boom gets up again puts two more people in the room/area I am in and gets them ready for there scalp treatment. Then she comes back to me starts to brush my hair out and massage it in some way that was not relaxing and barely any massage to my neck and shoulders that the treatment states. Then she wraps up my hair and sends me out to change with my mom. I felt that I layed there waiting so long for her to come back to me that the amount of time she actually spent on my head was no where near 45mins not even 20 mins I would say. This was the most disappointing treatment I ever had and so apologized to my mom for bringing her here that for how long she layed on the table because she had the same experience as me with this lady up and down that her back and neck was hurting so much she had a migraine after the fact. I get that she was the only lady working but don’t take on appointments if you can not do it. I wish I would of received a refund this was the worst experience ever and my hair...

**UPDATE RESPONSE in the photos!! ————————————————————— I will NEVER go again.. took 3 of my teenage sisters and I to get our first ever spa treatment at this place and the massage wasn’t good at all and had such disrespectful customer service.... back muscles was not massaged properly or was she hitting my muscle points, there was a point she was pushing my sides or arms while I was laying belly down and that had no benefit at all, towels and stones were too hot, finally when it was over, I still had a towel covering my eyes, then felt that my robe was thrown on top of me, I quickly took off the towel covering my eyes and sat up since that was rude asf, but then just to see that the other masseuse who was massaging my other sister was helping her put her robe on.. that’s not all.. before we started the massage, I had already paid since I was paying with card and tipped 20%, one sister paid with card but didn’t tip yet and the other two paid with cash at the end and my 3 sisters each tipped $3-4 or whatever cash they had left. They didn’t know any better.. the owner then had the audacity to rudely say to my sisters, “so you only tip $7-8 total, so that’s $2-3 tip each person..?” she was trying to demand them for more tip.. I told her I’ve already tipped her 20% and that’s all the cash they have. She then replied rudely again, “I understand everyone has their own financial differences”. So I said “ok…?” I opened the door and walked out while the owner rolled her eyes walking towards us trying to get us out of the shop, because she didn’t get the tip that she wanted.

**As I can see in the other reviews, two days before our appt date (that we planned a few weeks in advance), she even tried to get us to come an hour later than our appointment time or get us to change our appt time too, because of another party.. (See photo) again, horrible customer service!

I give this salon -⭐️ if I could! I give it a one star simply because the two women, were friendly & honestly, maybe they are told what to do (human trafficking?). Neither spoke any English & the one used a translator app on her phone. I booked two scalp facials, for myself & my daughter, on a weekday at 11:00. Were there at 10:55, No one is in the reception area or the salon area (1st red flag). All the products that I can see are in Chinese (2nd red flag). A woman comes out, & she knows we’re there for the 11am appointment, and just says “20 minute”, we tell her we have an appointment and she says again “20 minute” (3rd red flag). We told each other if they’re not taking us by 11:30 we’re leaving. They were out there at 11:25 to get us. Now onto the scalp facial (90 minutes). We both had this done at a salon/spa prior to this appointment (which was so amazing & so relaxing!), so we both go into this thinking “can’t wait to just relax for an hour & 1/2!”. This was FAR from relaxing! First they scrubbed our scalp with as much force these women could use, my lady massaged my face (??) and neck. My shoulders were the only part of my body that enjoyed the “deep tissue”. So, I think she shampooed my head 3-4 times (each time scrubbing my head very roughly) & the last time (5th) must have been a deep conditioner with a steam bath. They left the room when that was on, & honestly that was the only time my daughter and I relaxed! We had to cut our time short because they were late & my daughter had another appointment to get to by 1:00pm. I wasn’t asked about a tip but I did leave one on the bed where our scalp treatment was. I will say whatever Chinese products they used, my hair was very clean after. (Also a real scalp facial, they would show you your scalp from a special camera, & then show you again after the facial.)
