QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in New Berlin

Took my family there after visiting Costco. My wife and i are vegan so we ordered the impossible bowls. There were two females that were working the counter and one of them put in a request for more impossible meat. After waiting for a few minutes we were informed that they had to make make more and it would take a few minutes. My daughter had already been waiting at the cashier because hers was not vegan. Another girl made an announcement by yelling out to all of the other people waiting in line that if they wanted impossible meat it was going to be at least 20 minutes. I then looked at the other girl who said it would only be a few minutes and she proceeded to throw my bowl away and move onto the next customer. Total lack of any empathy on waiting for 20 minutes and acting like it was no big deal. We ended up paying for my daughters meal and went to Qdoba on S 76th street. I am wee aware that things don'y always run smooth, but to be treated like that was unacceptable. The only girl to take some kind of responsibility was the cashier. She apologized twice for the poor treatment. I should have gotten her name and commended her on this post. I remember that she was a young black girl and very pleasant. Horrible service tonight(8/27/23) at New Berlin WI location. Horrible!! Only one person making orders at 615pm. A line all the way to the door, plus online orders coming in left & right. The only person who was making food couldn't keep up. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was poorly sliced & food was falling out of every opening it could. The guy at register 1st tried to charge me for another meal, then walked away before correcting his mistake or taking my payment. When the woman who was making food saw me still standing there, she came over to ring me up. She corrected the guy's mistake, but then she tried to charge me for something else I didn't order. Finally everything was corrected & I made my payment. However....the woman(making food) also walked away & without giving me my order. I tried to catch her but she was so busy & didn't hear me. The guy finally came back & then started to bag my food up with another order before I stopped him. What a nightmare!!

Done with this place. Came back to this location after a few months hiatus. Last time I was here I had a bad experience. Ordered a kids quesadilla and the guy who made it dropped it and was ready to serve it. Sorry pal but the 3 sec rule only applies if you drop food at home. 😅 In addition they weren't wearing gloves when they were using chemicals to clean the tortilla warmer then serving food with bare hands. I did say something to an employee about this. She corrected it by making a new quesadilla and wearing gloves.

This time out of convenience and time, I decided to stop by. I ordered take out. Here is what I found in my food. 🤢 I'm officially done. Never going back to this location regardless of convenience. They obviously don't clean there. I'm not sure what time of bug this is but he was very attached to my plastic container. I hope it's not a roach. 😫🤮 BTW chips...
