Was my favorite one but, one bad apple gotta mess everything up. I will not be going here again. I was there on the 21st, lady clearly made my drink wrong. Looked super off. Then she went out of her way to argue it was made correctly. (I wouldn't even touch it because of how wrong it looked). I requested a refund or manager to remake it. Didn't want then1 batista touching my drink. Manager made it perfectly idk what the other ladies issue was it clearly was wrong. You can thank her for going ahead and making me pull out my own machine. I'll make my own shitty expresso drink.
Update. Ooo found a even better mix and i don't gotta worry about being given dairy when I have a severe allergy. I will not complain to corporate. I will hope that th employee will make others like me just stop coming. I used to drink it daily. Also thank you gal for messing it up so much. I can rent a hotel room a night or 2 with the month...
Read moreEvery time I come to this location, my drink is incorrectly made. I very specifically say what I want because of past experience at this location and it's still never made right. Not only is my drink not right, but I have to wait at LEAST 10 minutes in the drive thru almost every time I come, no matter what time of day. They begrudgingly offer to make my drink again but I don't have time to wait another 10 minutes. The reason I say begrudgingly is because the older lady that often runs the window seems to be put out when I point out that my drink doesn't even LOOK made correctly and she tries to argue that the drink was made right. I don't know best practices or the systems, but when what I asked for isn't even on the side of the cup, how is it justifiable that she argues with me, the customer, over the drink that I just waited 10 minutes and paid 7.20 for? I would not even give 1 star if that...
Read moreI just came to this Starbucks at 10am this morning after Muskego was randomly not open... the line was huge!!! So I went inside and I was treated very nicely. The guy who took my order his name was James, he had a cap hat on and he was working the sandwich warming machine. He asked how was my morning and I said good, then he asked if I had any plans today, I felt wanted and welcomed. When he asked for my name I said “erica” and he asked how I spelt it. Normally every Starbucks I’ve been to has never asked how I spell my name. It’s the little things that go a long way. I think James deserves a raise, he was always quick on the food, the drinks I didn’t get till 10 minutes later but some of the other co workers were chit chatting. James needs a raise for his politeness and...
