Noodles and Company — Restaurant in New Berlin

The food is great, always made with care and the noodles are always cooked to the correct consistency. The employees though? Absolutely atrocious and have zero customer service or care for the experience of the customer. The last two times I came in, it took several minutes for someone to get to me and my food took way too long. The last time I had ordered my food in person, I was standing at the counter for 5 whole minutes while two employees had a conversation and disregarded my existence. Not only that, they mixed my order up with another woman but had the correct orders on the receipts. Thankfully we both went back into the store and got our orders from each other.

The other time, I was given a free drink by who I can only assume was the manager due to the slow service. He was kinda and I appreciated the free cup for soda, but he needs to train his employees better and tell them to get it together. The location in New Berlin WI is also dirty and uncomfortable, the tables are always sticky with some child's leftover food or spilled soda and there is no real layout to the interior.

Don't even get me started on how long delivery takes. The food is always cold and ice had things missing...

I eat at Noodles and Company almost every day. I would highly recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a place with a variety of drinks to chose from, this would be one of them. They do not serve alcohol though, just for your information in case you were wondering. They have food for children and high chairs. I love that they offer delicious healthy options, such as zucchini and cauliflower noodles! They also have salads. A good shareable to get it the cheesy garlic bread, especially the zucchini truffle mac. I think that the garlic bread goes well with almost any dish. Lately, I have been getting the Cauliflower rigatoni fresca with shrimp. The cauliflower noodles have an awesome taste and texture to them, I actually like them better than regular noodles! I have also gotten the Japanese pan noodles, I would recommend those as well, they are a little bit spicy. You can never go wrong with the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. The quality of the food has always been great, and the customer service is spectacular. If you chose Noodles and Company I think you will be impressed. I just checked out 40 min ago. Horrible experience from start to finish. "I" asked the cashier how she was doing this evening and informed her that I would be ordering to go, etc. When ordering I expressed how I really wanted the Pasta Fresca, however, the original recipe has white wine, roasted garlic, and herbs... I wanted to be assured it was the same or I wouldn't order it.

IT WAS NOT THE SAME. I don't live in New Berlin, dropped off a dish for my mom and drove back to where I live 20 min away. It was the worst dish I ever had; oppose to my old favorite. I didnt finish it. Just awful. I don't have time or energy to drive back and do something about it. Especially when there's a bunch of kids working there. I make it better at home. So much for that... A customer lost! Plus I had to get napkins and utensils as they weren't not...
