My husband and I stopped in for the first time today because we have been curious what kind of products etc that they had available and I am so glad we did. We have changed our lives in the 2 years from being complete sedentary couch potatoes to making daily movement a part of our routine. So, we are by no means heavy weightlifting, body builder, super fit people, however, we were helped by Katie today and she did not make us feel less than or silly for being there. She genuinely seemed to want to help us and answered all questions thoroughly. Katie obviously knows the products she is selling and was really able to help guide us in the right direction after letting her know what we were looking for.
