WORST CHICK FIL A VISIT EVER!! I placed a mobile order as usual; decided to go in....We should've eaten in the truck!! The unoccupied tables were all dirty; all the way to the restroom ! The dining room attendant was not to be found! I asked a young girl to wipe our table before we sat, she was nice! Our EXTRA CRISPY, food was brought out before our drinks??? I asked the young man, and he said they will be out shortly! Ok, 7 mins passed, and no drinks. I walked up to the counter. Mason politely said yes ma'am can I help you? I replied "the guy brought our food and no drinks." Before I could say anything else, the MANAGER, David, was ringing up another customer to my right. He rudely turned to me and said "we're bringing drinks as quick as we can!" So, I replied "it's been 7 mins, since my food & it's getting cold! PLUS, this was a mobile order 15 minutes ago anyway!" đ So, not an apology, NO SERVICE RECOVERY, JUST "AN ANGRY LIL MANAGER đ¤ " Clearly you wanted to GET RUDE WITH ME, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL BIG & BAD" It's not my fault you don't work well under pressure & you can't run your restaurant as fluidly as other Chick Fil A's. You NEED TO BE AT McDonalds because you clearly DO NOT HAVE THE VALUES OF a CHICK FIL A MANAGER!!!! You have NO CLUE!!! Mason should be the manager!! Not only was he polite & friendly, he apologized and quickly got our drinks. He seems to handle the pressure of a busy lobby way better than you! Nikki, was also nice when I got a refill!    Read moreI placed an order online because I want to be able to quickly grab my food and get out, when I got there it wasnât ready, which is fine I can wait a bit, but I ended up waiting around ten minutes, I noticed my shake was behind the counter so I thought to ask and see if there was a reason for the hold up (I got a sandwich so that should be quick), the lady up front was nice and offered to remake the shake while she investigates because it melted due to the wait, while she was away another customer picked up an order and the guy who was running orders to the online pickup area gave her her order, she asked about her drinks and he rudely goes âthe girl upfront does thatâ and walks off while shouting asking where she went and seemingly upset at the thought of getting her a drink and also upset at the girl upfront and being mean to her when she was helping me, she returned and it turned out the guy who was running orders to the pickup area just threw my order on the counter away from the online pickup area and didnât call my name like he did others, so with the combination of leaving my milkshake in a place where I couldnât reach until it was less busy and I could ask for it along with putting my food in a place I didnât know I should check it caused a frustrating inconvenience, and most annoying of all is that when I got home I discovered they gave me a chocolate milkshake instead of a cookies and cream, I know school is starting again and they mightâve lost workers but they need higher standards in...
   Read moreWe waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting area for our food to come out. When we complained and asked to speak to the manager we were accused of not being nice to the young lady at the drive through window. We called the number on the receipt and got the office manager. She came out and immediately began to take her associates side. She told us that we could get a refund and that Our business was not welcome there. We asked to speak to the manager again and the operations manager came out, initially we thought he was going to handle the situation by making our food for free. Then he started siding with his staff. They gave us all kinds of excuses as to why our food did not come out while we counted 13 cars that got their food and departed the drive thru. The guy said they were waiting on the chicken minis to get cooked and then he said they were switching over to lunch. What he didn't know is they had already brought the chicken minis out but they put cheese on my sausage biscuit with egg whites and they forgot my Coke. We got our food and left. When I opened it up it was a egg white muffin with sausage and no biscuit. My wife asked for condiments and they were not in the bag either. Chick fil a has really gone down hill and it's sad. It's the only fast food that o actually eat and I'm done with them. They used to pride themselves on great fast, correct and efficient service but...
