I have been going to this hair salon for over a year now. I have seen Lizabel and Heidi who were both the sweetest and very experienced hair stylists! I was never disappointed with the service and pricing. I continued to get compliments on my hair at work and referred 5 people to get their hair done here! A year ago, I was referred by my mom and for this reason they gave me a percentage/dollar amount off of my first visit! I decided to call Blinders and confirm that they had a referral program. I spoke to the “ manager”, Holly who was nothing but rude to me over the phone when I asked if they offered referral discounts at this time. She stated I was “ lying” about the discount I received and that she does not know how to answer my inquiry. I responded to her kindly, stating I don’t mean to ruffle her feathers but was just trying to refer people to add clientel to their business. Holly continued to be unprofessional and snippy with me in our conversation. She stated only the “ owner” can give discounts and that he is unavailable. She Promised me a call back from the owner Lary, and hung up on me. It has been a week now- and I have not gotten a call.
My advise to Blinders— Holly should no longer be the face of your business. If you want to continue to loose clients, she’s perfect for the position in this case. I have never had such a bad experience with a service. Holly, please apologize to your wonderful stylists for your mistake in turning away 5 people. I have spent hundreds of dollars at your salon and so have my closest friends. I will be informing everyone I know not to come to your business anymore.
PS: to all potential clients looking to get their hair done- if you are unhappy with your hair color or need a touch up in spots once you get home and see what it looks like— she will charge you to get it fixed! Take it from me and my co- workers who have had them charge for a quick fix the day after we got it colored! She also quotes different people different pricing based on her judgement of them, do not give your money to these people!
To Heidi and Lizabel, thank you so much for doing my hair for so long, I’m terribly sorry that I can no longer have you do my hair due to business management negligence in customer service ! You both are so talented and well deserving of working for a salon who respects your clients.

She was very patient and very warm throughout the whole process. She continued to ask questions to keep us involved and to ensure our cut and style was going in the right direction. I was scheduled at another salon for the day of my wedding and I called ahead to confirm my appointment ment as we had to drive an hour to get there. They informed me they had canceled my appointment then got snappy with me about the details. I called blinders and they made me an emergency appointment and treated me like a QUEEN!
