After waiting in the drive-thru land for about ten minutes, I finally got to the ordering kiosk. No voice greeted me when I arrived, but I waited there expecting a voice to welcome me for choosing Jack in the Box and take my order. After 6 or 8 minutes - after all the cars in front of me paid at the window, picked up their order and drove off, leaving me (and the long line of cars behind me), I sat there at the order kiosk and waited and waited for a response. Finally, I spoke and said "Hello, is anybody there?" A female voice answered after another minute or two, and told me to wait. She said she'd get back with me shortly. So I continued to wait and wait and wait, and the lady never came back to the microphone to take my order! What's up, I wondered? I decided, at long last, to just pull up to the drive thru window and place my order there! When I pulled up, I could see a female employee just standing there near the register. She didn't approach the window, and ignored the fact that I was even setting there. Again, I waited another few minutes, before it hit me that I was NOT going to get service at this Jack in the Box. The employees absolutely refused to wait on me. They didn't even take my order! This wasn't my first disappointing visit to this particular Jack in the Box, but I can assure you that it will be my last. It's beyond belief that this "restaurant" can keep...
Read moreWhat can I say about this place 🤔, the service is horrible the wait time is worse the customer service is nonexistent i waited at the menu and intercom for 15min no one said hello or ill be right with you, no other cars where there i drive up and 2 employees just stare at me through the window I honk my horn and they ask can they help me and I said ofcourse I was waiting patiently at the menu no one greeted me or told me anything and then she seems to cut me off to start taking my order as if she is training someone new walks off and leaves them to finish taking my order, i ask the young lady to repeat the order back to make sure it was correct and it was then she proceeded to tell me to pull up when there are clearly no other cars. and to top it off my order was wrong... worst jack n the box ever, the only reason we go here is bc its the only one smh...idk who owns this place but they need to clean house immediately including management and this is coming from someone who worked at jack n the box in San Antonio for years also in management this place is a fast food joke no kidding 😑 jack would not be happy the owner needs to do a secret shopper in drive thru and improve his restaurant and...
Read moreI went to this location a couple weeks ago late in the evening and the line was quite long and not really moving. After about 15 mins and cars starting to leave I called the location to make sure they were still open but no answer. On the website it read open 24 hrs so i decided to stay waiting. When we finally got to the ordering window I was told that they were closed and that the car in front of me was their last order for the night. I explained to the guy that I had been waiting patiently in the line for over 20 mins, including two cars behind me. I explained to the guy that I even tried calling to confirm their closing time and no answer. He immediately apologized and said that they were short staffed but that he would take care of us. Even though the line and wait was not a great experience, the fact that this guy wanted to make things right for the customer was amazing and well appreciated. When we got to the window I thought for a second that we were gonna be treated rudely for making them stay behind but it was the absolute opposite.
