Normally great service and quality, even though this location charges over $3 more for the exact same sub than the location in Live Oak. But this time was different. Ordered my sub, it was made wrong as it had raw green peppers on it and I did not order them on it. Called and spoke to someone who read my order back and there clearly should've been NO green peppers. I offered to send it back, they said it wasn't necessary. They were happy to remake mine correctly. Sounds great, right? It seemed that way, until my boyfriend arrives to pick it up and I'm accused of lying about them even being on it or too stupid to distinguish between pickles and green peppers. Obviously, I wouldnt have offered to send it back if I were just trying to get free stuff! Very disappointing...

I had my favorite sandwich delivered, the hook and ladder fully involved. In the past 3 years that I've ordered this sandwich it was great. NOT TODAY. Disgusting. I took it back and was told that the watery excessive mayo that drenched the sandwich was normal. I reminded the staff that I've ordered this same item many times and it has never had a doggy bottom, and was usually really tasty. Primary flavor was always the ham. They insisted that what I received today was normal. I asked, "so the sandwiches that I've enjoyed previously, those were flukes? And this doggy gross mess is 'the right way'?" They said yes. Seriously. They asked what I expected them to do about it, I said I'd like one made the right way, like all of the previous Hook and Ladder sandwiches I've enjoyed....
