Eric is just awesome! I just got my ball drilled today and he did a great job. It's actually really important to have somebody that knows what they are doing when it comes to drilling bowling equipment. Eric is a professional and is really friendly. I highly recommend this pro shop to anyone that wants to get any type of bowling equipment or a professional driller. It's a small shop tucked into University Bowling Lanes. The gentleman who runs/owns it is very nice and very knowledgeable. He orders whatever ball you want. We ordered out of a book, however he had some examples of various balls but due to the space, he is limited on product. He also does the drilling.
