I just visited HP. I got the worst attitude as if I was talking to a teenager and acting as if she was God gift and knew everything very belittling number one she made me go all the way across the door to get a coupon that she should have on her since itās the number one coupon in the store the 25% off beauty which is plastered all over the store. She should have some at her registers, if somebody says, are you getting an attitude with me or Snickers when you are having complications with the POS system not appropriate I love my H-E-B normally, but I donāt know who this girl was but she really seriously need some training and donāt leave her by herself in that. Can I check out when itās busy she get a major attitude and it was not just me. She is absolutely childish and then when I said, are you getting an attitude with me I just asked you to help me which is your job and she said no Iām not and I said this feels like an attitude sheās like no I donāt have an attitude with the biggest attitude tone and if you donāt have an attitude arguing with me Does actually help. I am very disappointed in that treatment and then I tried to find a manager which I understand itās hard at night, but they actually had a call one because it was so busy and I also understand itās really hard to have a good attitude when places are busy. I work at a hospital I understand, but you have to learn how to do that. Itās part of being a professional! So in between I saw two different people and I said are you a manager once Iām a lead heās a pushover. Everybody knows that he wonāt say anything, next person with Kim little Miss know it all smart ass instead of just saying thank you for the information I will relay that to a manager, she said what is your name and gave me an attitude again what is up with these children working at H-E-B if youāre going to work at H-E-B even if you are a teenageract like a professional! I am making a complaint. You donāt need to know my name you need to know the person and wish I was frustrated with whoever was working tonight, which is. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is in regard to the pharmacy only. Backstory: I came here to get my Rx filled because the price-just after a month-was outrageous at CVS and had gone up by 300%. My phone app said it was cheaper at HEB, so I had it transferred. I had a refill on a medication that's been around forever, and it should have been dirt cheap. I got to HEB in the evening and they weren't busy. The young tech or clerk was impatient from the start. When she said it was $150 I told her I had a coupon and she said impatiently, "Just hang on, I'm looking here." Nothing I couldn't overlook. Then there was a discrepancy in the way they were dispensing the Rx. (Same amount overall, just different units.) This was inconvenient for me and I questioned it. The little clerk (I don't know her name because her name tag was hidden by her shirt-top, so the only way I can identify her is that she had multiple piercings and fake red hair) began to sigh and get irritated. The Pharmacist came over and tried to explain all the reasons the Rx was not priced as advertised and why they were dispensing it this way. She was not the most patient either, but tolerable. The thing that bothered me the most was the attitude of the young lady. The whole time I was speaking to the pharmacist, the girl was shifting herself side-to-side, rolling eyes, sighing and even putting her face in her hands-right there in front of me. The supervisor said nothing and they both acted like it was some sort of pain to explain why a medication had gone up 300% in less than a month, and why they had to dispense it in a manner that was inconvenient for me to take. Unfortunately, this sort of lousy customer service and incompetence is commonplace today. I've seen it happen to others but this is the first time it has been so blatant personally. I have pretty thick skin but if I'm the customer, I have an expectation of professionalism and at least some average customer service. This experience was neither of those. I had two coupons one on paper and the other on myheb app. The paper one said $5 off your basket when you buy $35 from field & future by heb, organics by heb, and much more. This lady scanned coupon and said, " what is this for?!"( in a rude way) I said it is for organic and other things, she said it needs to have the Texas sign ( in a rude way) I said it also says is for organic things and other staff. Cashier didnt even check if I had the things to qualify for coupon she just kept saying it needed to have this sign. I just said to forget it. I told her I also had a coupon on the app but I clipped it and didnt know how to use it how to get the barcode. Instead of explaining me how to get there she continued to be rude, she told me how to but made me felt like I was an idiot. She told me exit there, I reply do I go back she kept saying exit, exit.
She didnt even told me my total after that, I told her I got some cash. I counted it, she looked annoyed. I told her how much I had, she acted like she didnt heard me placing her hand around her ear to hear " better" . My overall experience with this lady was bad she made my blood boil lol.
