So I'm new to Texas and was unfamiliar with the tint laws. I contacted a number of tint shops "one being SPG". Steve was very friendly and took the time to explain the laws and what type of tint would be best for my car. To my surprise, he told me I didn't need the most expensive tint out there.

When he found out I could only drop my car off 30 minutes before they opened, he gladly offered to go in early to meet me. He told me that they had other cars ahead of mine and it wouldn't be done untill close to 3:00 that day. I received a phone call from him at 11:45 from Steve telling me the car was ready way ahead of schedule. Since it was done so early I was thinking the quality wouldn't be that great.

When I picked up my car I went over the tint to look for defects. The quality surpassed all my expectations.

Although I never purchased anything from this company, I had a poor experience in getting the company to even make a proposal that suited my needs. The story goes like this. I called and laid out my requirements. The company representative said he would come by the next day to take a look at my current set up. After a week, he never stopped by or called back. I followed up and he sent an email proposal. The equipment was overkill for my needs and the price was quite expensive. I texted him back requesting a cheaper equipment set up (and offered some ideas on possible equipment set ups). He promised to do some further research but never called back. In summary, I cannot vouch on the quality of his workmanship or on his price. I can only speak to the difficulty in getting him to engage in my project. It was a frustrating experience and...

Purchased three smart tv's, changed the wifi and added a external wifi (wireless) to another bldg on our property, and all done professionally and efficiently.
