Nice experience delivering here..I 84 east to exit 7 for 7 north ..keep going expressway then stay on 7 north pass Walmart then Home Depot on left turn right Pickett district road (citgo pump at light) then they are on right north entrance for shipping South entrance for receiving..empty trailer lot on left in front receiving entrance..Guard will give further direction..might need to drop trailer and park ..nice people work there ..

Pick up was good and quick. The only reason I give 1 star because their jockey driver damaged my trailer tires. I saw him pulled my trailer without even release or connected red air line to make some space in the back for door opening. So the have to train their employee better..now I see rubber comes off about 2mm

2 hours to get empty after appointment . I stayed overnight behind the store Big lots. Nobody bothered. I came when it was closed already (around 10 pm) . Red dot shows location for the store on the picture attached. It's 0.5 miles south of the receiver entrance.

These people took my personal property out of my trailer and threw it in the trash did not bother to call me and say hey you want this stuff if so come get it. Called shipping this morning, the gentleman I spoke with told me it is their policy to remove whatever is in the trailer and trash it. Have a call in to their transportation office concerning my property, I have also involved the police and will seek compensation for the loss of...

As we know KC do not allow the over night parking for any of their location, and this facility is miles away from any truck stop or the rest area, so after you cross their driveway make a right turn, right before a school bus yard (considered as a bus company) there is big plaza on the up hill, nice and a quiet 🤫 place for your over...
