While shop has charming items, it’s the main reason we returned to it, the woman behind the counter was rude to myself and my autistic daughter because she put her iPad on the table next to delicate items. She raised her voice and loudly addressed us from across the store, which caught the attention of other shoppers, saying “can you watch your daughter? She putting (something) on the table”. She absolutely could’ve handled it in a much more friendly and approachable way. I chose not to purchase anything, only the little voodoo doll my son wanted since we were only going to purchase items in this shop on our way back home and didn’t want to risk not finding it....

The woman told the girl it was on her end. When I tried to make my purchase, also with tap pay, it declined. I had just used my phone a few minutes prior for a drink (and again a few minutes later at the Harley store). My partner was able to purchase my items with his credit card as I hadn't brought my wallet.
