Dear Sir,

I purchased a citrine necklace from your store a week and a half ago. I called you today to express my concern with a product that your sales staff had sold me. When I mentioned that my amber pendant had become a bit dull, your staff recommended a cleaning cloth to brighten up the amber. I did not come in looking for a cleaning cloth, did not ask for a cleaning cloth. I was not told that the cleaning cloth contained harsh chemicals. I noticed after cleaning it that the instructions specify the cloth is not to be used on amber.

I mentioned to you that my skin had broken out into blisters and open sores from the chemicals. Your response was, ‘well, what do you expect me to do?”

As a business owner, I expect more respect for your customers and more responsibility for the products you sell. You told me that I was fighting with you. I was not. I was quite upset by the fact that your product caused a serious rash on my skin. You then told me to put it in writing. And hung up on me.

There is nowhere on your Facebook Page for a contact email. You do not have a website other than your Facebook Page and a Google search did not come up with an email address. Here is my ‘writing’. Shame on...

I got this gorgeous azurite here, along with many other stones, but this instance is my particular favorite! I had been wanting azurite for quite a long while, and seeing this piece for $15 made me so happy, and I felt extraordinarily drawn to it. This piece has significantly relieved my anxiety! Every time I place it near me or on me when I’m overthinking or having intense anxiety, it genuinely feels like a weight has been lifted off me. This stone has worked absolute wonders for me, and I can’t thank this shop enough. I could mention many other of my favorite crystals I purchased here over the years, but I’ll refrain for the sake of brevity.

Aside from this experience, the shop has remarkably cheap prices for gorgeous authentic stones, and I am amazed by the wide selection with reasonable pricing every time. I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop, and surprised myself that I hadn't written a review prior to today! This was my be all end all favourite spot to browse and purchase gems/supplies for my chainmail and wire wrapping work. The staff is stellar, very knowledgeable and sweet. Above and beyond helpful and I've always had such wonderful interactions. Any friends who love gems/ working with gemstones or materials they carry get dragged off or sent over to them as it's just perfect. The shop may be tiny but I'm surprised it doesn't just burst open one day and the loot of a thousand dragons come pouring out the doors. You'll not be sorry and want to leave with everything you see just stopping in and browsing.
