I really wish I chose not to go here. I’ve had a couple bad experiences here but this one was enough for me not to ever go back. I’m not sure if the girl that cut my hair was using a strange technique or just had no idea what she was doing but the ends of my hair felt horrible afterwards and she ruined the front of my hair by cutting into long bangs that I was trying to grow out. She thinned my hair and I had to go back to my old hair girl to get more taken off because the cut was so uneven and bad. My other hair girl was shocked at how bad the cut was. She mentioned she’s heard a lot of complaints about marks place recently. She was able to make the bottom of my hair feel normal again but my bang area is just going to have to grow which is massively disappointing to me since I was happy with my hair I just wanted a trim. I called several times just to politely ask what the heck happened and if I could even get a partial refund. Both the manager and the lady at the front desk made me feel dumb saying things like “oh that wouldn’t happen” The cut was $70 and even the manager wouldn’t refund me partially. I don’t feel comfortable going back there which is why I went to my other hair girl down the road that’s been cutting hair for 20 years and takes her time and knows exactly what I want. A bad haircut can really make you feel horrible...

I went to get all over hair color, massage and manicure. My massage was amazing......it was perfect. After that though, it was not. The stylist I got questioned my decision to get purple hair, said she couldn't do that with the time I was "allotted" but she swore she could get the color nearly the same. It was NOT purple, it was red with black underneath. I was livid. I asked to hVe it fixed and was assured they would take care.of it. Three weeks later when they could finally get me in the lady told me it would cost almost three times what the original service was!!!! I ended up going to Sally Beauty supply and doing it myself for $30. Also, the manicure I got was very nice but when I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for the top tier, but only recieved a normal mani. It was a $15 difference...I will not return and I definitely will not recommend this place to...

Very disappointed. Went for a shampoo and haircut, literally took 10 minutes (I have a very short pixie cut) I paid $60. Receipt said I was charged for a "45 minute" cut and style. When I called to question, I said that I had looked at the website and shampoo/cuts were listed as $28-$38. The receptionist said "Oh, those prices haven't been updated in a while" ?? Isn't this false advertising? She went on to explain that there are 'tiers of service' depending on how long the stylist has been there, and in essence they can charge whatever they want. I really don't think this is fair, that first off, you have no idea what you will be paying, and also, I was way overcharged for what was done. Which, by the way, is probably the worst haircut I've ever had and had to be redone at Great Clips. The employees are always very nice, no complaints there, but to me that is...
