Went in yesterday to purchase a generator walked in asked for the assistant manager Mike was told he wouldn't be there until noon I said okay I'm going to buy this generator but I need help because I'm handicap she said okay and went back to ringing up the customer then another gentleman came up and said I want to buy that and I said I'm already buying it he argued with me then another lady came up to the cash register and argued about buying it and said she was in line I said I've been standing here with this generator trying to get help they called the so-called manager explained what was going on and he actually said well she's in line it's hers but somebody that's handicapped standing with the product waiting for assistance to bring it out got kicked to the side that manager is the worst manager there is he said she's in line and I said well wait a minute and he walked away from me I just wish the assistant manager very nice guy think his name's Mike was there he would have made it right this guy the manager is a total jerk does not have any customer skills whatsoever if I could have given a zero rating I would have and it would have been directed right at him being a zero and it was a large purchase it...

I went in for a few things to start growing some lettuce using a simple hydroponics system... man was I in the wrong place. I walked in to see 4-5 people in the front, I figured "Wow if there are 5 people up front talking there should be at least 1 person in the whole garden area right?" Wrong. When I went back up to the front I found it took 3 people to get a guy some darn popcorn! Then when I asked for help I was told someone would be back there shortly to which no one showed up. I had to wonder around the hardware part of the store to locate a woman who cut me off in the middle of my sentences to tell me she doesn't carry that. 3 times I was interrupted. That was enough. Never again will I visit this horrible store. I also will tell everyone I know to go across the street and get your items from Harbor Freight where there are actually people to help and people that care. Do not...

I went in today for a few things that I needed what's hard to find them but I asked another guy and he told me where to find everything and picked up a few other items that were awesome prices the two ladies that were their cashiers awesome awesome the dark headed lady call my phone because I left my phone buy the clamps and I was in a panic as anybody would be we keep everything in our cell phones I mean everything but she called my phone and said thank God I found it so thank you lady so much for calling my phone right away so I could find it before some of the person picked it up and took off with it so thank you thank you thank you you guys went above and beyond thank you so much I owe and by the way the other lady set me up with points so that I can get discounts and all this other stuff so thank you lady so much you guys...
