When I got to the pay window and handed the cashier my money, exact change, he took the money and closed his window. I waited there and he opened his window and said “Thank you, you can pull forward.” No receipt was given but I know they put one on the bag so that was fine. Waited a few moments for my food and once received, immediately popped a fry in my mouth. It was cold, old, and tasted so gross. I know they were closing soon so I figured they just gave us what was left over. I started honking my horn to get the employees attention because he had already shut the window. He came back and I explained the fry situation. He took the bag back and said they’d make them fresh. He asked me to pull around and wait. No problem. A few minutes later and he came out with the new bag of fries. Took one out and popped it in my mouth. It was so salty, I had to spit it out. I took the fries out of the bag and looked at them. They were LOADED with an obscene amount of salt and there was no way they were edible. At this point, I was very frustrated. I took the two orders of fries, got out of my car, and knocked on the front door (it was late and lobby was closed). A girl looked at me but was nodding at the previous employee to see what I wanted. He came up to the door and she followed him. I noticed her shirt was untucked and she looked very disheveled. I asked if she was the manager. Her name tag read Savanna. She said she was so I explained the situation with the fries this time. She was like “What do you want me to do about it?” No sympathy, no manager quality at all. I was taken back a bit. I asked for a refund. She DEMANDED my receipt. I’m standing there with two orders of fries in my hands, and I was literally the last customer that had come through their drive thru. I said “you want my receipt?” She was chewing gum and blew a bubble in my face and was like “It’s policy.” I was like “Well then you should have access to my receipt, I’m the last customer that came through your drive thru.” She kinda sighed and told her employee to shut and lock the door and she walked away. At this point, my husband gets out of our car and walks to me and asks what’s going on. I told him that I’m guessing she went to find the receipt, since she didn’t explain anything to me at all. I didn’t even get the chance to tell her that her cashier never even gave me a receipt. My husband went back to the car and pulled the receipt off the bag and gave it to me. Savanna came back a few minutes later with a refund and handed it to me and walked away. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. And she’s the MANAGER??? This particular Burger King just gets worse and worse and I don’t know why I even bother giving it chance after chance....

And their counter "chip reader" not the swipe but the "chip" wasnt working so they had the ordasity to say "oh this cheap reader at the counter doesnt work youd have to go through drive through" and I said "are you serious, how silly will that be that I get in my car go to drive through wait for my food come back around park again and come back inside" the blonde girl was actually being serious so she asked a manager dude with glasses and short black hair and rather than stepping in and apologizing and taking care of me he decided to continue chit chatting with coworkers and keep this confused girl in front of me so she says "go ahead and try the card swiper see if it works" I swiped and guess what to your surprise it worked fine. And then to ice the cake I go up to the counter when we are about done eating seeing if these workers would remember my wife's small caramel frappe and they didn't. So I go up there ask some other girl "hey we ordered a caramel frappe where is it?" And she asked the original blonde that helped and she said to her "oh I thought you made it" and that original blonde didnt even look at me or apologize but yet she apologizes to the other girl who made it for her for making it. And guess what after that they all went outside to smoke cigarettes. And still no apology from no one except the dude who was handed the caramel frappe to give to us some fluffy red head dude. So our original didnt make it said sorry to one girl that made it for her then that girl didnt even hand it to me she gave it to some other worker to give to me. If I was the store manager I'd fire all of them accept that fluffy hair dude who didnt take my order who didnt make my wife's caramel frappe who didnt step in to help like the manager on duty should have but yet he gave me the frappe we waited 30 minutes for. Read moreLast week of August and since BK is on my way to work I usually stop in the morning and get either a complete breakfast or just a coffee, I mean I like Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks coffee but I usually stop at DK. The staff they had prior to this new nasty mid 30s female was awesome, and like I said "this nasty female" had the audacity to yell at me when I questioned her why they weren't pouring cream and sugar as the used to before, right when I asked the question she raised her voice and said "LOOK, I'M THE ONLY ONE BACK HERE AND DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO PLEASE YOU, SO IF YOU'RE GOING TO GIVE ME A HARD TIME....HAVE A GOOD DAY, then she closed the window really hard and left me speechless, I mean I blame management for not hiring the proper professional staff to maintain the flow of all the orders coming into the restaurant or through the window, that's a manager job, to make sure the restaurant is equipped with the right amount of employees. Corporations like these are just ruining the growth of revenue. Will they ever care about the customers? We're living in a much different world nowadays that to them is a joke. I may sound like I'm difficult to deal with which I'm not, whether is a dollar or a million dollars, I think I would deserve the proper treatment by being nice, most of these companies don't educate their employees on customer relations.
