I had the worst service Ive ever had in my life here. Ive been in the restaurant buisness for nearly a decade and Im very understanding, but this was just absurd. Our waitress was Maddie/Madison. My uncle order a rum and lime juice and she brought out a shot with some limes on the side. No biggie, maybe the bartender misunderstood. She brought out 2 of our 3 appetizers and expressed that she thought we wanted the third as an entree. There were 4 of us, so this made no sense to us. We waited about half an hour, with empty drinks and plates and had to find her to ask her to take our dinner order. It was my turn to order, i said "skip me im not ready" and she did... literally. She took everyones order but mine and walked away. We found her again to put in my order. At this point my uncle began order his second drink and looked up to realize she was gone. She had walked away while he was talking. So she brings the food. My boyfriend had literally like 5 fries on his plate. We had to point this out to her and she said "oh yeah, the cooks ran out of fries. Ill get you more." What? I ordered the spinach salad and got caesar dressing and virtually no toppings. Asked for more almonds, oranges and cranberries. Again, we had to find her to ask for boxes and the checks. 2 and a half hours and $115 later, we still left her about 10%. Its obvious shes new but perhaps needs more training. She got almost everything wrong, never apoligized once, walked away multiple times before we were finished and we had to chase her down multiple times as well. It was genuinely absurd. We were all extremely disappointed and none of us will be returning to this location if service doesnt improve. We love winghouse and frequent here often so its a shame. & I dont want anything for free. I just want better service and to save anyone from encountering this server in the future. If your server is Madison, ask for...
Read more3 years in a row, my daughter asked to be taken to the Winghouse for her birthday dinner. The 3 times I have been there, I have been disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly, but either forget what you ordered, drinks or food, or forget to collect everyone's order all together. I understand that a Wednesday is a busy night for them, but when you have 3 waitresses helping the same table, and there are still mistakes, there is a problem. The manager came over to inquire about my problem, who was also friendly, about my problem, everyone in my party got to put in a food order as soon as we arrived, I asked for a moment, and no one returned to take my order. And moments before their food arrived, a lenghtly wait, my daughter went to ask why my order was never taken. That's when the manager showed up, and offered to help correct things, and pay for my meal. By that point, I lost my appetite, so I declined my meal. Moments later my families food shows up, and this is what I've heard 2 other times, the waitresses apologize, and the problem is that there are new waitresses, and that is the fault for me not being able to put in my order. Newly hired help. Might be a consideration to not put brand new employees on your busiest night, and/or remind them of constant communication with their trainers. I thought that maybe the bill would have had a small credit on it, due to the problems that transpired tonight, but nothing. I sincerely hope that not many other customers have had this much trouble at this location, or any other locations, but for me, this was completely...
Read moreWelp. Where do I start with this... I ordered a blackened chicken caesar salad today under the impression that they serve real chicken and REAL chicken has no carbs. My diet has tight restrictions on carbs. The chicken comes separately it is small pieces about a little over half a cup worth. I understand that the seasoning could add some carbs but they should be negligible. So I felt different a few hours after eating it and decided to check thier website. According to the nutritional information on the WH website, the blackened chicken and blackened shrimp add ons contain 61 and 87 carbs and a whopping 10080 and 15900g of sodium, respectively! (These are plain, no breading.. only seasoning) Now I'm no freaking scientist but whatever that is, it cannot be chicken and cannot be shrimp. This is the only logical conclusion. It is very misleading to call them as such bc now I have consumed 3 days worth of carbs and a months worth of sodium in one sitting when I was under the impression that I was ordering a carbless meat. AGAIN, REAL CHICKEN AND SHRIMP CONTAIN NO CARBS. I would like to know what these mystery "meats" actually are. I will be calling their corporate offices tomorrow bc this is ridiculous. Had I been allergic to fake chicken it could have been a travesty. I'm so salty. Quite...
