Midtown Manhattan is seriously next level when it comes to shopping.

The review is not rating the clothing, prices, cuts, but rather on the brands attitude on being green. I walked passed the store at 11pm on a Saturday evening and couldn’t help but notice how well lit the whole store is despite the fact it’s nearly midnight. Now I get it if it’s adverting to the crowd that missed the store operating hours but another look I noticed the escalator is still running. This reminded me of the smart escalators at airports and some other countries that are slow moving until a person stepped on it. I hope the store / brand can consider turning off the escalator and conserve energy. This is the easiest thing you can do and put it in the annual stakeholder report. I appreciate your reading this.

Good atmosphere, a bit pricey. But staff atitude way below industry level for such"lifestyle" store. Not enough staff at the check out place, a long wait before paying. The receipt machine broke so the staff didn't give me receipt or ask me if no receipt is OK until i asked her where was my receipt. (I mean no receipt means no exchange or returns right?) So I had to wait for more time because they cant email receipt to customers. I waited for 5 more minutes and just left without my receipt. The security guy was probably the nicest person in the store.

Corporate Management,

My disappointment with the customer service I received at your store recently. As a customer with over a thousand dollars worth of clothing to purchase for an upcoming trip, I was eager to complete my shopping quickly and efficiently. However, my experience at the register left much to be desired.

When I approached the register to check out, I expressed my interest in purchasing the dress displayed in the window, which was the only size 4 available. After the employee checked the inventory, I was informed that she couldn't take the dress off the mannequin. Despite my explanation that I only wanted to purchase the dress and not try it on, I was met with a simple "no" and no further explanation. I believe that this kind of customer service can have a negative impact on the revenue of brick-and-mortar stores.

In an effort to still purchase the dress, I then asked if the employee could ship it to my house with no shipping fees and deliver it within the next day. Unfortunately, I was met with another refusal.

Due to this disappointing experience, I chose not to purchase anything from your store and took my business elsewhere. As a consumer, I value quality customer service and appreciate when my needs are met. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the level of service provided to...

TLDR: Save yourself a negative shopping experience due to an extremely poorly run, unprofessional store location run by an equally rude and unfit manager, and buy these cute clothes online, instead. EDIT: WTC location is very professional and helpful, highly recommend heading there instead.

Looks like my experience here seems to be part of a common trend. The staff are rude and make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to them, even though you are a paying customer. They must not be paid some kind of commission, because they are certainly unhelpful around the store. The manager seems to be the worst of them all which probably explains why the rest of her staff are similarly unprofessional in attitude and behavior. While I was in the dressing room, I heard the manager throw away my full coffee that another store employee had told me to leave on the counter, exclaiming “this isn’t a coffee shop.” When I later asked her if she had done this, she seemed bothered by the fact I had even brought it to her attention, and said I should’ve brought it into the dressing room with me even though another employee had explicitly told me not to. She walked off mid conversation suffice it to say without apology. I won’t be coming back until hopefully adequate, professional management and...

Let me talk about what I experienced here today.

Me and my mom are Asian , we are not white. We walked into the store and my mom wanted to take the jewelry off the rack and have a look. The lady who has brown skin color was so rude to her, she approached to my mom with an extremely rude attitude and face, yelled “ don’t try it on”. And kept standing in distance watching monitoring us with a harsh face. It almost felt like she thinks she is a jailer punishing a prisoner.

I told her please don’t be so rude. We will not break your rule at this store. She gave me A SIDE EYE. Said “ it’s my natural face”. Can you believe it? I received a SIDE EYE from the store staff here.

Later on she treated the other customers (especially white customers who touched the jewelry ) patiently, without using her so called “natural face”.

The store manager Did Not Resolve my issue. I guess this is their store culture. So sad.

I’ll not return to this store. And if you are Asian, don’t come to this store, unless you want to be treated like a prisoner with her natural face.

I understand people in dead end job sometimes are unhappy, but in this case I can’t let myself be empathetic with this racist lady.

Please grow up, being racist hurt not only a group of people but also an...
