Veronika and the ladies at Acne Clinic NYC have changed my life. I am a lifetime sufferer of plaguing cystic acne and overall inflamed skin. I have tried everything from topical treatments, oral antibiotics, spironolactone, multiple dermatologists, natural treatments..everything. I felt as though I became a part time dermatologist attempting to solve my skin concerns. That is until finding this place. I cannot sincerely recommend them enough. It is admittedly expensive and an investment for sure, but when taken into account for the lasting benefits I have received it has been worth it. I do not feel like I was ever swindled at any point— sure they encourage you to use their products instead of other brands, but that is largely because the regime works. After 6 treatments over the course of 8 months I can really say acne is not something I worry about any longer. I am so grateful to have found this place. 👍

Here is my belated but valuable review! While browsing through my photos, I stumbled upon a close-up shot and was amazed at how incredible my skin looked. But it wasn’t always like this. 9 years ago, my skin took a turn for the worse, and my visits to various estheticians showed little improvement. Luckily I received a recommendation for Veronika. At that time, she wasn't running a clinic, but she welcomed me into her room and assured me she would help. Veronika's guidance and the products transformed my skin. I've been able to maintain incredible results ever since snd saved tons of money on something that wouldn’t work. I was so impressed that I even referred my sister to her, and she received virtual assistance that worked wonders. Now, every year, all the recommended products go to me and all the way to my sister in Egypt. Thank you! So grateful!

This place has saved my skin!! I started their acne program (facials/light peel every 2 weeks + topicals) in January 2020. After 3 months of following the program, my skin started to clear up. The photo I’m attaching was taken during the treatment period when my skin was adjusting to the treatments. It took several months after the program and with following the topical regimen night and day to completely clear up. I RARELY get a pimple (usually only 1 week before my period) and it goes away much faster and is not inflammatory like the acne I used to have. Almost 3 years later I still religiously follow the topical regimen (using the same products but with a lower concentration) and consider it an investment that is very worthwhile. Thank you to Alex, Veronika, and their amazing team for their hands-on approach to healing my skin!

I've been clear for a whole year! I had moderate-severe acne from age 14-31 (I’m 32 now). I saw multiple dermatologists, and was prescribed truly everything: birth control pills, antibiotics, topical meds, retinol, spironolactone, and accutane (3 times). The only thing that ever cleared me up was accutane, but then my acne would return worse than before within a year. I decided that dermatologists had lost my trust. They just handed me meds and had no concern for figuring out the root cause. In my early 30s, I was about to succumb to the idea that my skin was always going to be bad, but I decided to take matters in to my own hands anyway. I did a ton of research on hormonal disorders, stress hormones, gut and liver health, the anti-inflammatory diet, and herbalism. I booked an appt with a functional medicine naturopath in NYC, and I stumbled upon AcneClinic while googling. After reading the rave reviews, I decided to book a consultation. I had both my initial appt with the naturopath and my AcneClinic consultation in March of 2019, and my skin was ANGRY (inflamed cystic and pustule acne on my cheeks, jaw line, upper lip, and neck). Nadiya gave me the low down, we decided to do the 6 week acne program, and then she did some extractions. The extractions were extremely painful (I had never had extractions before), but she assured me that my skin would get better and some day there would barely be anything to extract. I also began using only the AcneClinic products, which they recommend you do. My naturopath did a blood test and a food sensitivity test. I cut dairy, gluten, sugar, and soy all at once (AcneClinic recommends cutting all of these except gluten- I chose to cut that based on what I had heard about hormonal acne). By early April, my skin was even more angry. If you’re trying to naturally heal, sometimes things get worse before they get better, and because of all of the changes, my skin was purging. But I kept at it. I continued my AcneClinic appts every three weeks, and my naturopath confirmed via the bloodwork that I had estrogen dominance, so she gave me supplements and tinctures to help boost progesterone. By May, my face was fairly clear, but my neck and jaw-line were still broken out. I cut eggs and coffee (based on my research on hormonal acne), and continued my sessions with AcneClinic. By July, there was no more acne. Not even a small zit from time to time. FINALLY, after 17 years, I could go out without makeup on, I could let my partner kiss my face, and I was so damn happy and relived to have figured it out. It took a lot of patience and self love, but I did it naturally, without drugs & the quick fix. I still go to AcneClinic because I truly trust them. They honestly care about helping you, unlike the dermatologists I’ve known. It’s clear that the products are amazing, seeing the success their online clients have had; the ingredients are simple and sparse, and the prices are affordable. I’ve found that the products have helped to naturally balance my moisture levels- my skin doesn’t feel too oily or too dry. The last time I got an extraction, I was told there wasn’t anything to extract. I love thinking back on that first day and how far I’d come. Before Covid, I did my first Vampire Facial with Alexandra (love her!) to start with the scar-removal process, and I can’t wait til re-opening so I can get more.

If you’ve been suffering from acne, my advice is: look into healing yourself naturally. Western medicine prescriptions will ultimately hurt more than help. Also, be patient. Going the natural route takes time, but it lasts you a lifetime and FEELS better. Seeing an integrative med person is smart if you suspect you have a hormonal imbalance, but first thing's first: book that appt. with Acne Clinic. These estheticians are truly...

Veronika and Nadiya stopped my 7 year struggles with acne in 4 months!!!. After going to Dermatologists (steroid injections, and harsh prescriptions), after trying MANY THINGS (drug store/luxury skin products) I had already loose hope of having a clear complexion again. I never had acne during my teen years , but as an adult I developed a very complex case of inflamed cystic acne , dehydrated skin and hyperpigmentation. If someone have told me one year ago, that not only my acne will get cured but my hyperpigmentation will be addressed at the same time I wouldn't believe it . Veronika is very professional and knowledgable and the best thing she EXTREMELY CARING, ATTENTIVE and WARM. I'm very sure she will build an empire of this clinic. Her and Nadiya are like a "dream team" they know all of their clients (I mean how?), everything they do on your skin is dated in a system, EVERYTHING . I saw them many times calling each other to double check before putting info in the computer regarding products or concerns clients might have at the clinic or at home. PRICE: In my opinion prices are very reasonable, the treatments at the clinic are personalize and includes extractions. These are not the kind of treatment in which a person leave you with a 20 minutes face mask. These ladies work on your face during the full time of the session. I had pay more for facials in the City, that irritated my skin since are not made for acne prone skin. Also "Acne Clinic" treatments work on hyperpigmentation at the same time you can't beat that. They have package deals also. The products :cleanser, toner and SPF are not expensive at all the only product more than $30 is the hyperpigmentation serum .

CONSULTATION: Mine was more than 60 minutes, here we discussed my current skin care routine which was pore clogging but it sad in the front "For acne prone skin" . I asked questions about diet, health conditions. They give you a list of possible triggers food, medications etc. After days of checking this list I found out coffee breaks me out .

TREATMENTS: After my first treatment I did get more acne but somehow the cyst were less inflamed. After the third one I did not have any major break out, just 2 or 3 pimples. My breakouts used to be 10+ . At 4 moths I could not believe my eyes. I did not remember how my face look acne free.

In order to get the best results possible I suggest you to be very compliant. Which is very easy because you can contact the staff everyday anytime if you have questions or any query. So, please, dont go and buy make up without them aproving them for your skin, there are plenty of make up options for acne prone skin Don't skip morning/night routine, and try do your treatments every two to 3 weeks. I got my final results after 7 treatments, but at the 4 treatment my skin looked healed, and with A LOT less...

I have struggled with acne my entire adult life. It was quite painful, embarrassing, and took a toll on my self confidence. I was feeling frustrated and frankly at my wit’s end trying to get results from a series of dermatologists over the years. I was told by dermatologists over and over that I had hormonal acne and that it could only be corrected with oral contraceptives or spironolactone. I did not want to take either medication. I asked my dermatologist if there were certain products or ingredients to avoid and she told me no, it was purely a hormonal problem. This didn’t sit right with me, and I was tired of being told I had to adjust my hormones via medication, so I decided to try a new approach. And I am SO grateful that I did. I was nervous to spend the money, but the Acne Clinic acne program was worth every penny! It feels surreal to sit here, writing this review, with perfectly clear skin. I’ve never had that. I no longer have to wake up in the morning and look at my face in despair as I count the new, painful blemishes. My skin is completely clear in just four months. The clinic is beautiful, conveniently located, and everyone is so kind and helpful—including the staff at the desk. The estheticians really take a lot of time to address your concerns and help you to understand the program, the regimen, and the restrictions—and there are restrictions. You are advised to cut certain foods out of your diet and to only use their products on your face (and hair). It was a little intimidating to be told how many changes I needed to make, but honestly I was just so relieved to have someone take the time to listen to me and to give me a very specific program to follow. And the results are so worth it. I highly recommend the Acne Clinic for a different, and for me, incredibly successful, approach to treating...
