I recently went into purchase a number of products. The salesperson was not very familiar with the products and needed some assistance from her colleague. I went home with the products and then realized that I was charged twice for 2 products which resulted in being overcharged by $240! I immediately called the store to let them know of their mistake. While the salesperson agreed that she made a mistake, she told me that I had to come back in person to the store to get my refund, which was a bit of a hassle. I was served by a red headed American girl, and she asked me lots of clarifying questions about my wife (what does she like to do, does she travel etc). We settled on a bottle of Marrakesh Incense, which I gave to my wife and she loves it! As it turns out she has wanted to go to Marrakesh for a while, and now we are planning a trip to go next May!
