This Buffalo Exchange store is quite large, with a wide variety of items to choose from. It’s also popular, so you’ll likely see a lot of shoppers here. However, being in the city makes parking a challenge. Pros: Spacious and Well-Stocked: The store has plenty of space and offers a good selection of items. Convenient Donation Option: If they don’t accept the clothes you’re selling, they provide addresses for donation drop-offs, which is very helpful. Cons: Low Buyback Prices: The prices they offer for clothes are much lower compared to other second-hand stores I’ve visited. Strict Brand Requirements: They only accept branded clothes, and even if your items are in great condition, they won’t take them if they’re not from a recognizable brand. Overall, I’d recommend this store for shopping rather than selling. It’s a good place to browse and buy, but selling your clothes here might not be worth the effort.

Great inventory and a few good staff (Remy!). If you show up too close to close be ready to deal with a lot of attitude though. I stood in line for 20 mins waiting for the manager after the buyer asked her for help. I've worked at this location and understand the bs the workers have to deal with but I only had one bag and am never a hassle because I understand. Not treating regular customers with dignity and respect reflects poorly on the people who work here and foster the reputation of snobbery of stores like this. I've been to Buffalo's across the country and the New York stores are the most inhospitable.

came in with perfectly good vans that I’ve never worn and was told they looked worn out and torn. Mind you I toured the store and saw they have wallets missing zippers, stains on bags , and items with loose beads. Definitely would look into other places to sell to or even donate. Dont waste your time. There has to be nicer , less snooty employees in better establishments willing to work with you.

I’m not typically one to leave reviews (let alone a negative one), but my most recent experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I’ve sold at this BE many times in the past and always considered the experience positive even if nothing I brought in was purchased. The staff are usually friendly, and thorough while going through the clothing.

This past Saturday, my partner and I brought in a decent amount of clothing to sell. I got the feeling that the person checking our clothing was newer, but I can’t be sure. The person didn’t bother to unfold half of the things we brought in and offered no explanation as to why. They pretty much did not say a word to us the entire time and it was just really uncomfortable and not very welcoming at all.

Had they taken the extra 2 seconds to unfold and actually LOOK at the clothing, she would have seen that there were a lot of unique pieces that were included that we ended up bringing to Goodwill to donate. Only two items were purchased, a pair of Dansko clogs and some pinstripe Carhartt overalls, both costing about $80 new and were in great condition. I left with $14.

Again, it’s not the fact that they only bought two things. I am disappointed that the buyer who “inspected” (using that term loosely) my clothing did not seem to care enough or couldn’t be bothered to take the time to actually look at what I brought in. There were entire (albeit small) piles of clothing that they did not even unfold or look at.

This felt like a colossal waste of time and effort, overall just a really poor experience. This location has definitely changed buyers over the last few months and I’m likely going to bring my clothing elsewhere next time I’m looking to...

I’ve been a loyal Buffalo Exchange customer and seller for 20 years, originally from Tucson where the store was born. This location, however, has been the most inconsistent experience I’ve ever had.

On Monday morning, the two gentlemen at the buying counter were incredible—kind, personable, and genuinely uplifting. That’s the Buffalo Exchange energy I grew up loving. But other visits have been the opposite. One time, the woman with glasses and dyed hair (wearing a white tee printed with a lacy bra) started explaining the difference between cigarette jeans, bootcut, and what’s in style—without me asking. I know denim, and while I love learning and do ask questions when I’m curious, this came across as talking down, not helpful.

Most recently (today), the woman with short hair and a seashell belt rolled her eyes when I asked about trying on clothes, told me to find my own dressing room, and when I returned with items shouted: “HANG THEM ON THAT RACK.” Minutes later, at the buying counter, she suddenly switched to polite and professional because her manager was standing right next to her. The shift made her earlier attitude feel even more unnecessary.

The manager herself always looks stressed—running around with her clipboard, manic and a little condescending at times—but honestly, she’s EARNED it. She’s clearly holding together an army of employees. The real issue is inconsistency: sometimes this store feels like the Buffalo Exchange I love, and other times it feels like the exact opposite. Sadly, I don’t plan on coming back to this location. I’ll see Buffalo next time I’m in Tucson & I recommend flying to Arizona before stepping foot in...

SELLER- if you are 👋🏾 don’t bother. I went with a bag full of items I wore ONCE or not at all. some clothes still had the tag on them which I removed because i know some vintage shops do not take “new” clothes. I noticed the shop itself was very pricy; upwards to 80 dollars for jeans and only carried NAME BRAND CLOTHES which odd for a thrift shop we have truly gone off the deep end as a society. Anyways everything I brought in my extra large grocery tote bag got turned away because of condition. I feel like she did not take her time to actually look at my face and decided she did not want to buy from before even seeing what I had. Because it took her less than a minute to go through Everything I don’t care how long you’ve been doing something I don’t trust any job done in less than a minute and I understand that their supervisors give them a very specific guidelines to follow but if name brand is what you want then say that on your website name brand Only Their website should be a lot more detailed about what they’re looking for from people instead of just saying if you’re not sure bring it in because it is very inconvenient for a lot of us. Other than that clean store and nice staff. Oh and I should also add that when returning my belongings she just shoved them back in the bag. Everything was folded very neatly but she just shoveled it all back in there...
