During my visit to New York, I passed by the iconic Aida Bicaj Spa in Tribeca and was curious to make an appointment. Given the spa’s reputation, I expected a luxurious atmosphere and professional service. However, my experience was far from that.

I was greeted by the manager, Monika, whose demeanor felt unpolished and unprofessional, addressing me as “love” and “girl.” When stepped out from behind the desk, manager appearance was equally disappointing—jeans, wool socks, and fleece slippers—giving the impression that manager had just rolled out of a slumber party, possibly even hungover.

The entire interaction lacked the refinement and sophistication I associate with high-end skincare destinations. The ambiance didn’t exude luxury, and the level of professionalism fell short of expectations. Needless to say, I won’t be booking an appointment. A major thumbs down for...
