I’ve been following the Instagram account @amandajeannyc for a few months and have been wanting to come in. I grew up nearby and moved to westchester so I visit sometimes. I think this store is a great addition to the neighborhood. The store is even more beautiful in person and in pristine condition. The dressing room was cool too and even offers a pair of shoes to try on with outfits for inspo. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. There are so many pieces to choose from! Kind of disappointed. I ordered a cute dress, which came fine, but it was wrapped in pink tissue paper which bled onto the white parts of the dress seams. I contacted customer service immediately and they responded and asked for my phone number, but then no one ever contacted me. I sent another follow up email and no one emailed me back.

Update- customer service reached out and offered a refund in exchange for a better Google review. They didn’t offer a refund for a damaged product, which would have been the right...
