I bought 2 pants online, one didn't fit and I took it to exchange it at the Queens Center Mall store, the cashier ordered another one for me to get to my house, it arrived after 2 days and it didn't fit me and I returned the second day to change it to the same store, The manager Roxana, told me the jeans were used and she ripped the tag of my pants in my face, she didn’t check the ticket it’s was 1 day change after I received, she told me call customer service, and she told me that I sewed the label, Who could be something like that? And the worst thing is that he ripped the label off his pants. That's not how you treat customers! And above all, if you are a manager, you must set an example for your employees and the corporation.. that was today September 29 at 11:55 am queen center mall. The manager Roxana. For human resources, they have to train their staff and give them an ethics course for customer specially mangers.

Hello, I don't advise anyone, this store has a very bad employee who works inside, doesn't look after customers at all, they treat everyone very badly, I don't advise anyone. If you buy something and then you don't want it or you took it by mistake and then you come back to the store and they tell you that this is an item, we can no longer make a refund, but we can only make an exchange. I bought it a day ago, it hasn't even been 24 hours. I've never seen such a store in America. They don't even want to take the client out into the street, horror with a security guard horror. Therefore, there is no need to buy things from such stores. Thank you, everyone, take care of yourself.

Shopping experience? Fine. Having to make trip to the mall again, 3rd day in a row? 1* This is the second purchase within a 2 day period where at the register the associate forgot to take off a security tag. A mistake once by an employee? Fine. However, by a different employee at the same store??? I could say more, but for anyone else to save yourself the headache of having to trek to the mall a 3rd day in a row. If the alarm goes off? Go through every item you’ve purchased in your bag to find the alarm tag that was not taken off. Better save your receipt and ask for a physical copy, in addition to your email to show proof of purchase.

So I believe the workers are friendly and kind but the management there is terrible.

I only go to Aerie for their underwear’s I do not like any of the clothes at American eagle I owe none of their jeans but their underwear are super comfy and a great price.

I’ve honestly go twice a year and this year has just been odd for me. Both times I go I always grab a basket head to the underwear section and roam through and find the pairs I need to make the deal.

I get constant asks if I need help if I’m looking for a specific type and for me or if they can find my size for me. I’m shopping for underwear that’s the last thing I’d want someone so up and close to me personally helping me with.

No matter how many times I politely say no I get offered more help and other workers ask me if I need help and the whole situation feels odd.

I’ve worked retail and I understand stealing but to follow a customer and keep asking them if they need help it’s like why are they treating a clothing store were people are trying to find clothes to fit into like a Starbucks in and out.

Overall I believe the workers are just following protocols but if management is so concerned on stealing they need to hire security guards that check receipts at the door if they cannot afford that why are you training your workers to confront people and “act” super helpful when in reality it’s just an obsession to prevent theft?

I will also say I went in with my friend earlier this year I bought nothing during this visit and while we were having a conversation we were interrupted around 10 times to ask if we need help when we said no another girl was sent and this is why I don’t believe it is racially profiling every time I go in I’m with a small adidas fanny pack that only fits my wallet and lipgloss yes I’m a dark skin Hispanic and I get followed. My friend is a light skin Hispanic and she also had a small coach bag and yet we were both followed I was carrying nothing and my friend had her things in her basket.

It’s just weird they assumed we would steal stuff to fit into our small ass bags and walk out lol

Overall please stop training these young teenagers who probably don’t even make enough to be security guards and actually hire real security....

Usually, I have an okay enough experience at this store. I really like the clothes, and they have nice deals. But, today was awful. First, when I walked in no one greeted me despite having seen me walk in (it was odd/ unusual, but not enough for serious concern). But then, my husband and I were shopping and found that there was a deal for underwear that was listed on a big sign 10 for $25. As I found the last pair that I wanted the salesperson and another associate came over and changed the sign while I was picking out the merchandise I wanted to purchase. Then my husband asked (quite loud enough to hear since he has a naturally big voice) if the sale was still going on. We both stared waiting for a response. We were both shocked when both associates ignored us and walked away. I had very clearly heard him and it was highly unlikely the sales associates did not. We overheard one salesperson state in a separate conversation that they were now 8 for $20 so I decided to go ahead and buy some. We found out at the checkout that the sale was now 7 for $29. It was still a deal, but I did not want to spend that much when I walked into the store. I don't know if it is a usual store policy to change prices while people are choosing what to buy, but I at least hope that sales associates wouldn't blatantly ignore a customer asking for assistance. At any rate the associates today 7/8/18 were rude enough to make me not want to go back to that store. I'll be shopping at Pink from now on. They have extremely good customer service and their products are...

Always go to AE, I order a lot from here online! Literally. Went here to return 3 items that sadly did not fit the way I would like them to fit, so I came and the girl cashier (heard she’s a manager, which idk when AE started hiring horrible people who lack the skills of customer service) she gave me an attitude, the second I got to the register, I let it go, whatever. I did not hear her ask me if I was a rewards member which is why I never gave my number, had my 3 items and emails ready but somehow did not find the 2nd order which is really weird since I had it literally before I got there. You could tell she was super impatient, she was giving me attitude the whole time I was trying to look for the orders on my phone. She deff made it seem like it was my fault, and that I was wasting her time, whatever she told me if I have the app, I can view my orders, so I finally found it, she asked me for id, I did not have my id, all the information was in my order in my app!!! Just for her to give an attitude and say “Just so you know, you actually are a member” I proceeded to explain to her, I don’t remember her asking and she quickly shut me down. Never had an issue with AE, I know because I’ve done returns, exchanges and shopped a lot at AE and never had a problem or issue, not even with customer service. She was nothing but disrespectful and impatient and such a shame that one of my favorite stores can hire a girl like this. (Black hair...
