I'm very angry right now. Honestly I love shopping here a lot. I wanted to buy something today. But I don't think so anymore. Because I called them today right now. And I tried repeating myself to them because they couldn't apparently understand me. And this girl was like I can't hear you. I can't hear you, I'm sorry. I can't hear you she later said that again. And then she hanged up on me. I didn't even have the damn phone on speaker. I'm honestly really pissed off with this store right now. I was just asking if they had a specific item they didn't have a month ago. I can't order online right now. And this really pissed me off!! I have problems speaking because of my health problems and my disability. I bet Gerard Way worked more better than that girl when he was working in a Hot Topic in New Jersey before he was in My Chemical Romance. I bet he worked more better than that lady. Well my experience was great I went there on December 10 to do shopping for secret santa and I got myself a little something aswell. I buy a lot of things f ok there that a mostly Harry Potter since I'm a big fan. There was an employee that kept telling my dad "You buy two you get one free." But my dad didn't want the other one that is free, neither did I. But the employee kept on forcing us two, so I dragged my body over there and it took me forever to pick out the one I wanted. Another complaint is that the r stocking can be bad. For example when I went, I wanted a shirt that said, "Dobby is a house elf. Dobby is free!" So I asked them if they had that in a small. If you're ever in need for a fun fandom gift, this place is the perfect place for you. There is a wide assortment of random stuff here for you to choose from. It's also just fun to browse if you're ever in the mall.

I can't tell if the store is small or there's so much stuff in there that it feels small. It can be a little overwhelming if you're claustrophobic. If you don't feel like coming to the mall, there is always the online shop.

The staff is very helpful and patient and have helped me countless times with getting merch from high spots and returns.
