Angelina Nail Supply INC — Local services in New York

So... I got an offer on my AMEX card for small business "saturday," and instead of going all the way to the other nail shops (Bedford Park... Fort Hamilton... Crescent St...) I stopped here after finding them through the AMEX directory for small business nail shops.

This store has never come up in my search results before, so perhaps they are fairly new?

First thing's first: I'm black. I expected to be followed around the store, but that didn't happen. Either that or I didn't notice it. That's a plus. It's a small store.

Second: They have a website. The prices aren't arbitrary - they are set in stone and sale prices from the site are valid in the store.

Either way, they carry the basic set of the supplies in bulk. (They got 99% alcohol y'all.) Multiple brands, DND, their own brand, OPI, Le Chat, Kiara Sky, IBD builder gel... etc etc. They have a lot of tip brands sold by individual sizes, and

The prices aren't crazy either. Everything was fairly priced, and in some cases, cheaper than Amazon.

I'll be back for sure. There aren't good supply stores in Manhattan, so I'll make...

Started my review two years ago: I had such a wonderful experience here, esp. for my first time. Knowledgable and helpful in every way. I'm beyond happy with my products. This place is a gem!

Update 2021: all supply’s are still working as if I bought them yesterday. Gel polishes are still silky smooth. All my supplies are in good condition. I’m so happy to see all the positive reviews about your gem of a business, it’s well deserved! Hope you’re all well and thriving!

The best place to find all your needs, so many brands, so much to choose from! The only place I’ll ever shop for when it comes to all my nail...

Better off ordering of Amazon or ordering offline elsewhere. Customer service is lacking here. I'm new to doing nails and wanted to get my supplies in person and ask questions. No one offered to help me and I was walking around aimlessly as if I was intruding on them. They also tried to up charge me for the gelish top coats and I had to tell them they're selling it for $25 on their own website... As if that wasn't already distasteful, they didn't have bags and put my items in a box.... and didn't let me know of the upcharge of $2.62 for paying with card. I might as well have ordered on amazon, cheaper and...
