Paul Signs Inc. — Local services in New York

Very unprofessional receptionist. I've spent thousand of dollars with this company over the last 3 years. It is usually where I have my awnings made. Called for a quote on vinyl letters so that I can showcase my business hours in the door, the woman that answered the phone had such a nasty attitude. Told her exactly what I needed, she gave me an email address to send the information over. Ok cool, but what am I sending you exactly I asked? She says she needs to know the size of the door...is it a regular door, double door etc etc. I respond I am not exactly sure of the size, but it's a regular door. She then says, there is no such thing as a regular size door. My face hit the floor, like really you just asked me if it was a regular door. At that point I decided I will spend my money elsewhere. They just lucked out on $3000+ for a new awning I needed plus the signs. This company needs a new receptionist ..she is...

We resently have our LED sign replaced by Paul Signs in Brooklyn. We had a terrible wind storm in March that practically took down the previous sign installed by another sign company not more then 5 years ago. Pauls guys came on an emergency call on a Saturday and took down the old sign for safety and explained how the original sign was improperly made and installed. Not only did Paul make the quality sign he said he would, but he also did in it in the exact time frame he said it would be done in. I can tell you that no wind storm is taking this sign down and it looks great. Would highly recommend them to any one needing a sign.

I am the owner of Grand Cleaners located at 765 grand street in Brooklyn. My sign was broken by the wind and I called Paul signs for an estimate. His prices are ridiculous and I decided to call few other companies to get an estimate and Paul signs truck did not leave the site. Paul is a former fireman and he called the fire department to get me in trouble. This act of paul signs is nonprofessional, just to make money he uses fire department connection to have the work done by paul signs only. PEOPLE STOP USING PAUL SIGNS NY, he calls Department of buildings, FDNY and all the authorities to threaten small business owners. I am so pissed and decided to write...
