While I had a good experience overall, these are some of my (reasonable?) requests: Ability to purchase tokens in denominations smaller than $10 or make it a $10 minimum. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get $11 in tokens. They said it had to be multiples of $10 but the machines are all different prices Specifying more clearly that double-tapping is optional. The signage makes it sound like you must click once to drop the claw and another tap to close the claw when that is not the case. It acts as a traditional crane machine and closes on its own.
