My experience with the Nepo Baby manager (stepson of Anna herself, apparently) at this store has been horrendous. It has ruined the brand for me, which I had previously enjoyed for almost a decade. I bought an item online, and even though it was sold out, somehow I was charged. Nepo Baby reached out and suggested that ANNA could make a custom order in this case since they mixed up their inventory. Then followed months of poor communication. I called and emailed for updates and received no response. Even reaching out to general support lines gave zero result. Now, four months later, Nepo Baby has called to say that after trying their best, ANNA actually cannot complete my order and they have refunded the money. That's it, no other alternatives, nothing. The extremely poor communication throughout this process demonstrates a complete lack of consideration and integrity, at odds with their claim to have "attention to detail and genuine care for our customers". In the name of whatever you hold dear, prospective customer, go someplace that respects your time and actually appreciates...

I purchased two bracelets and was thinking of getting a ring! however, the quality of their metals and the hardware is not up to their prices. Hardware breaks and if you go to the store for a repair they don't make an effort to look at it. They simply say: "you need to purchase a new hardware" - I have taken both pieces of jewelry to them, I could not wear them because they kept falling off my wrist. They took them and never called me back. After 2 weeks, I called, and they said they did not think anything was wrong. On top of it, the lady was rude speaking with me as if I was not truthful about my issues with the bracelet. I decided to pick up the piece and never wore again. Bought a beautiful necklace for my daughter for getting a job. She had it for a year and someone stole it during a massage in Chinatown. I called Anna and let them know she didn't have renters insurance. Could I replace it at a small discount. Three phone calls and then the answer was no for full price. OK move on. Three years ago, I lost a cuffing that I bought in Jaipur at the Kasiwal jewelers. I wrote to them and they sent me a pair back at no charge. I was astonished.
