I used there products for years and had no issues, being very happy about the quality. This time they sold me a product with a bad quality and once I tried to return it the salesmen started arguing with me, lying that the quality is the same and eventually just went rude with me! So beware: even if you are the regular returning customer, you will see the true colors of that store once you will only try to return or exchange something! They keep claiming about No Returns policy, but if the product is simply looks and feels like expired, you cannot use this policy or at least be more loyal to your returning customers! Instead he still tried to charge me extra money for so called price difference of the same product, but found in a proper quality and condition! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and never got an order confirmation email and I never got a shipping email but I was charged. I just reached out today to get an update on the order and I politely asked if my tracking number could be emailed to me and I was told I could write it down…as someone who has their own customers, it takes ABSOLUTELY nothing to spend about a minute copying and pasting a single tracking number and emailing it to a customer. As a courtesy and professional gesture considering I’ve haven’t received ANY communication regarding this order other than an item was sold out and needed to be replaced. Read moreI made an online order for a hard to find face product that I think may be discontinued, but Anwaar Co. had it listed as in stock. About a week later the owner called and apologized saying the order has been unfilled while they waited on the product, and he was wondering why they were not getting the product in. He said he actually called the sales rep and asked why they were not getting it, and he said they had not had the product for some time. This fine gentlemen told me that he was going to go ahead and refund the order but that he actually was going to call a second distributor to see if he had any in stock, and if he found some he would call me back and make me a new order.
