Worst experience I’ve had at a bar such rude staff and horrible customer service!!!! First off no one greets you as you enter the bar even when you sit at the bar no one still greets you . Secondly me and my friend ordered our drinks and ask if we can sit in the outside seating the bartender then told us we have to wait for our drinks rather then someone bringing it to us . For that customer service I am not tipping for a drink that wasn’t even good and horrible customer service ! Another of our friend joined us and got more drinks for all of us and he forgot to sign the receipt because he payed with card, the waitress or bartender proceeds to come out, slam the receipt and clipboard on to the table and with the biggest attitude told him to sign and said in America we tip here she said this not knowing if he wanted to tip cash or with his card he still had time to tip but with that disrespect attitude they don’t deserve any type of tip as long as we payed for our drinks that’s all that matters, if you want to be tipped well you need to give respect to your customers!!Lastly my friend and I went to use the restroom to hear one of the employees banging on the door demanding us to get out like should I not use the restroom after drinking almost 2 drinks, we finished using the restroom to employees selling and screaming in our faces trying to embarrass us and make us seem like the bad people , my friend took her phone out and started to record and the owner of the bar aggressively snatched her phone from her hand and didn’t want to give it back , then we go back to where we were sitting and they took our drinks we payed for they tired to throw our personal belongings out . That was completely unnecessary and not right and try to reason with the owner she continue to say we “stiffed” her staff which mean we didn’t pay when we definitely payed , not tipping doesn’t mean being stiffed . Any restaurant, bar, any where that services people you don’t disrespect a paying customer like that you keep it to yourself you can say it to a co worker but you never do that to a person your serving . And they didn’t ID us mind you we just turn 21 and we look very young , the law is you can not sit at a bar and order a alcoholic beverage without checking a ID . Something needs to be done with the owner because she’s running a...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COSTS - girl with the purple hair, comically short temper and crazy bug eyes - she’s sinking the business. I saw her yell at a bunch of people for god knows what until it was my turn to order. The other bartender was busy so I had the pleasure to talk to her.
I was with a group of friends and she started yelling at me with crazy eyes when I asked for one of our 4 drinks to be a mocktail, I quickly gave her a different order since she said she can’t do it (I also bartend and this was insane to watch her struggle with something so simple) When I did that, she yelled ok so how are you going to pay and I was honestly so shocked that having such a short interaction with someone led to THIS MUCH yelling .. I stared back at her as she continued to scream at me HOW ARE YOU GONNA PAY !!! Her coworkers didn’t even look over, and some tatted guy was sat at the bar in front of her as I turned to my friends and said why is she screaming at me? The guy may be her friend or the owner) I saw him helping her later when she was grabbing things to restock.
She ended up charging us for an extra drink that no one ordered as well. I walked away and my friend settled up with her and then yelled at him for something (probably for the extra drink that he got gaslit into paying for)
I was so mad I wanted to leave but we had just walked so far to find a place with a table.. safe to say we’re never coming back here and I hope that girl can figure out emotional regulation before she’s 50. YIKES !!! Avoid that energy...
Read moreThe cocktail was very good, the food rather poor, and the staff inconsiderate. The incident that led me to write this review occurred during the bill settlement: my friend and I were approached by the guy at the checkout in such an aggressive and inappropriate manner that I couldn't wait to leave that place and not look back. We had already given all the bills required for the bill, we were only short of 25 cents that I was searching for in my wallet. After a while of searching, I tried to explain to the cashier that I didn't have them, so if it was possible to give us a 25-cent discount, otherwise we would have to start over with card. He could have kindly replied, "I'm sorry, it's not possible," if indeed it wasn't possible to deduct 25 cents from a bill of over 50 dollars. The point is, he didn't even let me finish speaking (I'm a foreigner, so I don't speak English very quickly) before he yelled in our faces, "YOU GIMME THE MONEY, I NEED MY MONEY MAN, IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT YOU PAY BY CARD, SO GIMME THE MONEY." Again: all of this while yelling in the faces of two girls just inches away from him. These things shouldn't happen on the street, let alone in a restaurant. Fortunately, in the end, I found a one-dollar bill deep in my wallet. I gave it to him, and we left kinda traumatized without looking back. I hope that with the 75 cents in change that we left him, he calms down, if it takes so little to make a...
