I recently had the pleasure of working with Elton and his team at Ark Construction NY for a full gut renovation of our kitchen and some updates to the bathroom. I can't say enough great things about the experience!

As I was overseeing the renovation remotely, communication was key, and Elton excelled in this area. He provided daily updates on the progress, sent pictures, and answered any questions I had promptly. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a contractor as quick, reliable, and detail-oriented as Elton. As a first-time rental property owner in Ridgewood, I undertook a full gut renovation of all four units—including brand new bathrooms and kitchens. Elton and his team were a complete blessing! We decided to gut renovate the bathroom to resolve a leak next door. We met with Elton and appreciated his honesty, transparency and fairness. His team were very detailed and clean protecting all our furniture and hallway leading to the apartment and cleaning up after themselves. Furthermore, they were very meticulous to ensure everything was properly measured and placed. Additionally, thanks to the work they were doing, we discovered another leak from above which Elton's team resolved. Despite the new discovery and delay in getting the shower door, they completed the project just one week behind in time for the new year.
