I tried to find a chat feature in Google Maps that I used to direct chat with this business, but no more this time. As I was sayin on 28 of May 2025, as I bought my new Haagen-Dazs, there was no chair and table in the new store that is next two doors from this Cute Cat. Then suddenly, the new employee of this store told me to either get out or buy their food and drink, told me at the last minute. If you do not want people to sit here and consume their outside food, you should post a big sign, instead of just suddenly telling me at the last minute! Please you have to understand that. Offer seats for Haagen-Dazs customers too! And is not only today I feel disappointed with your attitude but to other bakery too, Rudy's Bakery at Seneca and Myrtle Avs. The owner of the store yelled at me for no reason while I was sitting long there to do my studies! How disappointed I felt; those two MADE ME FEEL UNWELCOMED! I wish I would have a discounted ticket to move to Europe because of this mess in America. I want to get the hell out of here as soon as possible to Europe but unfortunately I still in process with my schoolwork with Baruch and helping my family, those two burdens that keep me here in this miserable neighbourhood of this country USA. You know what, I blame America for changing the store policies too frequently; this is so frustrating! I wish if possible America policies and law will restore back to their original order like in 1990s in the future. That year was so good I remembered when I was 3 years of age. I believe too much changes of America led me and many people into "bad days" with new changes that we barely tolerate. But I know this is not possible. This is the reason I want to leave America if my...
Read moreThis is not a cat cafe. You use some community cats living in backyards to lure customers on the pretense you care for them. You donât. You feed them a bit and thatâs about it. Every cat living outside needs to be vaccinated and spayed or neutered but you donât provide any of that and make it difficult for those who offer help in that regard. I did trap the mom and kitten yesterday in the yard next door because you didnât allow me to do so at the outdoor space of the cafe. Now the cats will receive the medical care they need that you failed to provide while you claim to care for them. Those are not your cats. They are community cats cared for by other people who live on that block and feed them in their yards as well. According to nyc law every cat needs to be vaccinated against rabies and owned cats who are not fixed are not allowed outside. If you try to claim you own them then you can be fined for not following those laws. If you wanna run cat cafe you need special permit but you donât wanna pay for that. You use those cats to make money for your business as customers think this is a cat cafe. It isnât. There was another cat last year that was not neutered or vaccinated and had wounds from scratching due to allergies. You didnât take him to vet. We did. And we found him home because due to his allergies he shouldnât be living outdoors. But you wanted to keep him to lure customers. So stop pretending you care for the cats....
Read moreI think this is a friendly cute little cafe spot with a warm setting. However there is a downfall. The two young girls behind the counter were very friendly and nice but definitely need training . I ordered a cup of coffee and a simple bagel toasted with butter and jelly. They took 15mins to make the bagel when it should have taken 5, and my coffee was cold and seemed like it was the last of the coffee sitting there. When I finally got my bagel, there was a splatted SPOT of what seemed to be OLD strawberry jam (in stead of jelly) in ONE corner of the bagel, (I was shocked). Every condiment on a sandwich should always be evenly spread and equally noted. I removed the spot of Strawberry jam from the corner of the bagel, and asked the staff member to heat up the coffee. With that being said, that was my first visit and unfortunately that will be the last visit. Owners Please keep in mind, it's not the beauty of a restaurant or cafe spot, it's the chef that makes it. I have been to shabby little nothing eating places, but the chef behind the food was soooo AMAZING, it left me with the memories of that place and wanting more. With that comes word of mouth and a lot of recommendations. Please put someone behind the counter that knows how to make your business grow. OR properly train the staff you already have. Wish you...
