My daughter has been collecting her stamp cards, and we went in today because she finally got a "free drink" stamp. She was so happy and excited, only for the mean emotionless girl behind the register to say, 'we don't do that promotion anymore.' But they do! Only, the stamps have to be on one card. My daughter had many cards with different stamps. Should still count! They are all purchases! It's not about the money, but about how the girl let my daughter down. She just didn't want to give a little girl a free drink and was very obvious about it. This place won't be getting my money anymore! Rude customer service. Also, don't be fooled with all these 5 stars reviews. They bribed customers with free drinks for good reviews. Also, they fool you into paying for a large and tell you that some drinks don't have a small size, only large, while others do. Lol makes no sense. This boba drink is the stupidest overpriced trend. Social media brainwashed kids and teens that it's the must-have! The prices are not kids or teen friendly. I make better...
Read moreTea is quite good, but the sushi I had at this place was the worst I've ever tasted. It was so disappointing that it made me swear off eating sashimi altogether. The red fish, whose name I don't know (it's not salmon or tuna, but the third option they had), had a strong, horrible odor smell of fish that had been left out of the fridge for too long and had gone bad.
To make matters worse, the cashiers at this place expect tips for simply ringing up your orders! It creates a very uncomfortable feeling. Seriously, they're just cashiers and they already receive their hourly wage. They should accept it or find another job, but they shouldn't make customers feel obligated to tip them. As a result, we never returned to that restaurant again. But Tea is good though no question about that. The cashier (Asian girl she is little chubby) is the one who will usually enforce the tipping so watch...
Read moreLove this place and highly recommend it! My three favorite things so far are the dragon fruit drink with milk foam and aiyu jelly, the oolong soft serve and the custard paws. Next on my list to try are the 3Q milk tea and the apple sherbert drink. Everything I've had has been high quality and very fresh, and the bubbles are full of flavor as they should be - never bland. The cold drinks really do cool you off - they're so relaxing and refreshing. You can adjust the sugar level and add in your own sweetener after if you want a totally guilt-free drink (this is what I do), and you can even get some healthy fruit in with many of the drinks. I only wish there was jasmine in the iced green teas, though, but this is a real gem in Ridgewood that we've needed for a very long time - a legit bubble and fruit tea co. from Taiwan. Thank you for choosing our...
