This location needs to do better , when servicing customers , there is an assistant manager ginzel, (she wore no name tag and was highly mad that the request was made of her name , she replied when asked for her name āwhy you need to knowā ). I could be spelling it wrong but thatās not the point Iām tryin to make whom was very unpleasant , racist , and lacked mannerisms, this happened yesterday evening . Sheās not doing an effective job being that helping serving customers should be at the highest priority to allow customers leaving satisfied and recommending friends and family to use T-Mobile as their carrier. Brand new iPhone wasnāt working just purchased it and needed help finding out why it was not working , she went around the entire store to every employee and told them not to help bc the phone works , guess what the phone didnāt work took it to Apple and they confirmed that was defaulted and full of bugs mind you this again is a brand new phone purchased from T-Mobile , Needless to say nothing got resolved yesterday and she was happily pleased that A paying customer left with no positive results. As customers we pay our hard working money to get these things and have these services something has to be changed and be better. People depend on their Cellular devices for a range of multipurpose purposes. I asked : How long it takes to receive a phone, answer : Oh, I don't know that, there are back up orders (annoyed). I'm asking for pattern, average wait time, thats it. If the Tmobile website shows only one available color, is there any way there are other colors available in (in-store) your system? Answer : What you mean, what color, you can get any color!! Me : Even, when website shows its unavailable? Answer : Yes Went to other location the same day. Ordered my phone and it showed estimated dates (Im gonna have my phone by the end of this week). Phone was ordered on a tablet with the same available and not available phones on a website.
As a working person in retail, customer service, flagship store Im dealing with rude, crazy, ungrateful customers all the time, who are mean for no reason. Im grateful when customers are nice, appreciate your help and stuff...
So if you rude to a reg customer during reg convo (less than a minute) and it bothers you, why the f*, you working in customer service? Let me also help you with something. Ridgewood is not big, most people travel to work and can go to any Tmobile by their job. If you dont have sales and customers at this location eventually they close it. Im sure you have sth like expected daily sales. Usually companies let you keep the job, but they can relocate you wherever they want within 50miles and not guarantee, you keep the same hours.
So. Appreciate that probably for the most part, you can chill at the job and your customers are locals, who drive sales. If you dont like people who have impact to your paycheck, maybe its time to go...

Now, change terrifies me, therefore, I kept pushing off the switch for a long time. I decided to just walk into this T-Mobile by my house to just check out the iPhones. This wonderful employee came up to me and asked if I needed help. So I explained my reasoning for coming into the store. She went through every question I had and took her time with me. I didnāt feel rushed into making decisions and I really feel like she was incredible. She really understood all of my concerns and assisted me perfectly from beginning to end. She also had an awesome sense of humor and helped me feel more relaxed about the change as well. I really wish I caught her name but her assistance was the epitome of good customer service. Iāve had my iPhone for about a month now and I couldnāt be happier...
