I'm glad other people had a good outcome.That's not the case for My daughter. I brought My daughter here yesterday to get her eyebrows done. I let the woman know it was her 1st time getting them Waxed. She said ok no problem. I expected some redness a little pain afterwards, I even asked if aloe vera would help and she said yes we could use it afterwards. The whole process literally took like 4 minutes and was so quick. The lady was sweet don't get me wrong but she did a terrible wax job. My daughter now has actual cuts and skin removed from her eyebrows. Terrible burn. When I called she tried to say it was an allergic reaction. Absolutely not!! It's 100% A burn and cut. Wish I could post pics to show how bad it looks. I wasn't offered a refund, got no apology, nothing. We definitely will not be back!! And My daughter better not end up...

Terrible service. The wax was fine, but I will never come back to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady made my eyebrows way too thin and uneven after i told her i only wanted a little clean up. I had to tell her twice to stop threading! Then, she had the audacity to say I have" thick brows with no shape" when she already made them entirely too thin for my baby face. I still tipped them, but when I said "thank you, have a nice day" they didn't even respond. I don't know if they are racist or just rude. Now I have to use some eyebrow mascara to fill them in a bit, and wait for them to grow back. Threading is already a painful thing, so I appreciate when techs actually listen to what the customer wants, not what...

They are RACIST and rude to Black Women! My experience was a 0/10, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went there for a service and was refused solely because I was a Black woman, and this wasn't the first time I had a negative experience here! The lady refused my service and lied saying she was "sick" as I watched her service a white and a Latina woman. I then stepped out and called inquiring about the SAME EXACT service just for her to say "yes, you can come now"! When I let her know I was the same woman who just was in the salon, she hung up on me. I then called back to ask for a manager and she hung up again.
