Please donāt go to the psychiatrist Dr. Bruce especially if youāre a woman, heās a joke. I was told to go to him by a different doctor during my physical at doc care but he acted like I had chosen him and I had to run the meeting. He didnāt read a single word of the 7 page document they had me fill out until I asked him to. Once he did read it, all he wanted to talk about was the fact that I was single and that must be leading to my depression and anxiety. He kept asking questions about what I eat and suggested I was eating too much sugar when I hadnāt even said anything about eating sugar. I expected professional advice on medication (thatās the only reason I would go to a psychiatrist rather than a talk therapist) and all he said was do some deep breaths as if thatās something I had never heard of before. I wanted to talk about if my medication was right for me and all he did is explain how it works for 5 minutes (i knew this already) and tell me yeah I guess you should keep taking it. He also accused me out of nowhere of being lonely on Valentineās Day since Iām āalmost 30ā (Iām 27 btw) SO inappropriate! I said nothing about dating, loneliness, or valentines day anywhere in the form or in the appointment. I wasnāt even there depression I was trying to talk about increased anxiety. Any time I mentioned things that cause me anxiety he was dismissive. He was so hung up on it being my diet and singleness. So disappointed I spent money on this.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to rate it one star because i have no choice. Booked a appointment on the phone for 4:15pm. My duaghter was not feeling well nd i was happy i was able to get a appointment for the same day it was our 1st visit i looked them up on my insurance website. My duaghter needed a ENT doctor. Booked it with Dr.Levin. we got there at 3:40 knowing we would have paperwork to fill out. We sat there till 4:40pm. i went to the front desk to ask when will my duaghter be called. Again keep in mind her appointment was for 4:15pm. We got there at 3:40pm. The lady in the front called someone nd asked. She stated that person on the phone said in 10mins my duaghter would be called. At 5:03pm i went up to the front desk again, spoke with the 1st lady that we had 1st spoke with when we got there. She called someone nd then told me that in 10 or 15mins we would get called. I asked her if this is how it works u get a appointment time nd have to wait more then a hour to be seen she stated the doctor was over booked so what does that mean that i have to sit nd wait for over a hour. We left nd I called my insurance nd let them know not to pay them nd that i never cancelled i was there way before my time nd yet had not been seen. Funny how if you get to a doctor appointment 5mins late the doctor will not see u or if u cancelled the same day they want to charge u. Let's see if i get a bill. I will be more then glad to take...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off, there is one particular receptionist that has made my time at doc care super unpleasant. Mary- Her attitude, her sassyiness over the phone (as if I was a nuisance to her work life) and has a habit of talking over people to MAKE SURE she has the final say in everything. This is super inappropriate and I really wish to never speak to her again.
Secondly, the medical clearance to even get the surgery I got about a month ago was an absolute disaster because the offices didnāt help much.
Third, I was billed for an alleged conversation with the doctor when in reality he called me about a surgery that I knew nothing about. (Convo literally lasted 5 seconds, no joke).
Fourth, Doctor Goodman, the physician who operated on me, seems like he knows his stuff, but he really doesnāt speak to me and just leaves. Barely explains anything, heās ALWAYS in a rush so I canāt even process what he says most of the time. I feel like with him itās a walk-in walk-out kind of feeling which makes the whole healthcare experience feel rushed and unhelpful. In summary, I feel like Iām not being seen as a human being, just as another number on a list.
Some people at doccare are very helpful but the bad experiences seriously outweigh the good. I came to this offices because they were close to where I live but in all honesty, I really regret...
