When I asked for help finding a specific item, the response was dismissive—they rudely pointed and said, "Right there," to a stand of subpar options that didn’t meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the prosecco I was directed to was overpriced for the quality being offered. Furthermore, most of the bottles were standing upright. I thought unopened wine should be stored on its side. The lack of customer service and attention, combined with a poor selection, left me feeling disappointed and frankly somewhat disgusted. I purchased Cutwater Lime Margarita from here today, came home and took a sip - it was expired (bought 2 cans). I called the store just to let them know, was not looking to be refunded or to start any arguments, just wanted to make them aware. The gentleman that picked up the phone was rude and dismissive. Great Old School Spot and Great Staff! These guys have been serving this good for years! The selection has picked up a bit in the new larger location (guess it's not that new anymore).
