Snipes at Southern Blvd was great. I spent two weeks trying to return/exchange a shoe because customer service is backed up. They helped me with an exchange in minutes. Westchester Sq directed me here since no other Snipes had them in the bronx, 5/5 for them as well. Don't go to the one in Bay Plaza the people in there suck. Stand around doing nothing and eat food right next to the shoes...

Unhappy with the customer service and the unfriendly atmosphere along with the ridiculous tax on store items and being charged for a store shopping bag to tote my purchase home even after spending close to $200 dollars. Didn't approve of how store employee Kelvin handled my jacket without sanitizing his hands after doing store related labor. If I return it'll be...

Liam took his time to help me choose a gift for someone close to me. I’ve never had more personalized customer service. He literally took the time to explain to me what each shoe was, wearability etc. I am pretty clueless when it comes to shoes especially for men. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome to the store....
