Ordered large candle, body wash, body oil, hair oil & small candle set. The spray mechanism on the body wash was defective from day 1. I notified them so they could QA their inventory. The candle burnt unevenly despite following directions but because I loved the smell I kept trying to salvage what I could. I eventually wrote them to see what if anything I could do and let them know my experience and be aware of the subpar quality wick. They offered to replace the candle but 3 months later...nothing. The products could be amazing but the low quality components, poor customer service and lack of follow through are what will affect their...

I love all of the products I purchased from Avalah. My favorite scent is Classic, so I got everything in Classic scent, candles, body butter, and beard oil. My only issue is receiving the merchandise in a timely manner. I understand that there might be orders ahead of mine that need to be fulfilled. However, I just wish that there's email updates on orders to reassure customers that orders will have some delays due to high demands. It would have put customers at ease, and customers will more likely understand that delays will occur when there are high order demands. Other than that, I love their products and would definitely recommend...
