BALENCIAGA — Local services in New York

I was undecided about the Balenciaga Red Smooth Medium Hourglass bag which Saks had in stock last year. Didn't order but ordered Black one with Balenciaga written in white letters from Neiman. Bag was so small I couldn't put anything in it and returned. Ordered plain black one but it was the grainy leather. It said medium but it was small. Hated the leather, returned to Neiman. Went back to Saks almost a year. There were only 3 of the medium red left in the US. Shannon, the sales rep contacted a store and ordered it for me. The sales manager Kristine contacted me for the payment for shipment. I was so happy but then I opened the box and then BAM, bag had a small ink stain on the front. Contacted Shannon, the sales rep...no more red, all sold out. Will take back to Saks to sales rep to see if Leather Spa can remove the stain. Hopefully they can! Thanks Saks for getting the bag for me but next time Saks can you inspect the item first...

Very lovely store with tons of good stuff. What captivated me most is the new shoe design known as “Double Square.” The shoe is square in the front and the back. I also love the Balenciaga “Speed Trainer” sneakers with variety of beautiful colors. Daniel attended to me and he was immensely polite and courteous. One nice lady brought me a bottle of water while I was waiting for Daniel to fetch my size. There’s this atmosphere of care from the workers in this store.

This store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance ♿️ for the differently able.
